The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet place. Recommended the 3rd floor level .

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, food joints, and 7-11 that you can grab foods and drinks. The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.

The room was spotless, although the building is older, so don't expect pristine paint. The staff provided exceptional service. Basic amenities, including two complimentary bottles of water, met the expectations for the room type booked. However, the location is somewhat isolated, necessitating the use of a rideshare service to access nearby stores and restaurants.

Excellent outdoor, close to nature resort hotel. Recommended if you like something different. No toothbrush and intermittent hot/cold water whilst bathing. Other than that, staff is courteous and friendly. Landscaping is nice with mountain view all around. Relaxing. Room is clean and decor is nice. Bed is comfy too.

Room is comfortable, clean, very nice and good ambience; however the breakfast needs to be improved. Such as the bacon is very hard. There is not much choice of bread or not much choice of international breakfast.

The front desk staff are courteous and helpdul. She even extended help by letting one of my friends borrowd her personal mobile phone charger as ny friend forgotten to bring hers. The hotel's location is just next to a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast on the house. The restaurant about 25m on it's left that is run by 2 sisters serves great home cooked style food and you would enjoy your food in great ambience. Many of Khao Yai's favourite spots are around within reach.

The hotel is quite far but that is not a bad thing if one wants to be cut off from the rest of the world and have a relaxing time…. We booked the penthouse suite which came with 2 bedrooms, living room, balcony, private pool and jacuzzi… The view of the lakes, and Khao Yai in general from this level is simply stunning. Beside eating at the hotel, there is also a Thai eatery outside the hotel ground about 2 minutes' walk away. Breakfast with the view of the serene lakes, the greenery and mountain backdrop is just amazing… one can watch the sunset from the back and sunrise rom the front of the hotel as well…. Mattress was firm so we had really good restful sleep here. The hotel managed to get us a private pickup with driver for the entire day to visit Khao Yai stopping at waterfall, watching wild deers and monkeys along the way... there are many places of interest nearby for all ages... winery, go kart, zoo, etc Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here… Would definitely come back again…

The hotel is built on a large area and has a very interesting architecture. You enter through the parking garage, upstairs is a friendly reception. The room numbers are confusing, it takes some time to understand the system. The room is nice and big with an extra sofa, a balcony, a modern trendy bathroom with bath and there is a fridge. One side of the bed has no nightstand. At the end of the area is the restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and circles around a central area. It is 1.20m deep. It is very quiet (aside from loud guests from time to time) and there are many places to sit, lie and relax. The restaurant has a great menu of Thai and western dishes. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The steak was great and the pizza also nice and thin with good topping. Service is with attention to detail. So far so good. Back in the room, wanting to relax a bit with the remainder of the wine we were exposed to the thumping bass of music from a party at least 100 meters away. Extremely irritating to a point that I had to leave the room and go for a walk. The noise came from a small restaurant on the main road with just a few visitors. It could be heard hundreds of meters down the road and also in the pool area. No escape. I don’t directly blame the hotel for this, but they should contact their neighbors and ask for some consideration. At half the volume it is still more than loud enough for the dancers. It went on till well after 10 pm. After that you can hear some traffic, so I would recommend to ask for a room farther from the road, the second building row. A place where I have to leave my room cannot score high on my come-back list. Unless of course the issue is solved. What a pity that in such a nice place the fun of a small group can affect the guests of 72 rooms in this hotel alone.

I was here for a few days. It’s quite a lovely place and the facility and the staff are great. Just a few things to be aware of when choosing to book here: The rooms are spacious. Mattress is medium soft/hard. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and well serviced but it’s quite limited after a few days. The pool area is lovely as is the garden area but it needs updating. I’d advise you to check your room for hot water and mold before you settle in. The room safes are not secured to the wall so someone could, technically, take it out of the room and break open. My room, A318, had no hot water at all. I did talk to the desk staff about it and they tried to get it fixed eventually telling me it was fixed but it was always cold. I don’t need or expect hot water in Asia (I live in Thailand) but cold water kinda sucks in a shower. They offered to move me to a different room but I declined. There were spotty areas of mold in my room - be careful of that too. The hotel is a bit tired, especially the grounds and some of the furnishings and fixtures - it could all use a facelift and refresh. I did enjoy my time here and will consider returning but I will definitely be more careful about the room. They have a published water conservation policy posted in the rooms but it’s not followed at all. As per the policy, I hung my towels on the rack so they wouldn’t be washed. I came back and had new towels. When I informed them of the hot water situation they told me the engineer said to run the shower water for 10 minutes to get it hot. Odd? You betcha! So much for conservation and environmental awareness. Nonetheless, it’s good medium priced small hotel worth giving a try.

Overall, our stay at the Mövenpick Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Khao Yai. It was quite an adventure to drive there, but such a delight when we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It felt like we were staying at a castle. While the pool is not huge, it has outdoor and sheltered parts.

I don’t thinK I have ever gotten such excellent value from any stay during my years of traveling. The property is a hidden oasis like being in a forest. The facility itself is fairly new, about 15 year, but the hotel collected antiques from all over the world so the facility is more like a museum. When i booked it on Trip.com, the description said one bed. So I booked two rooms so my friend and I can have our own bed since the price was so reasonable. However, the description was a incorrect and all rooms have one double or two twins. We stayed one night in the superior room and one night in the deluxe room. Both rooms were beautiful, but both bathrooms were a little dated. Breakfast was good as well. The service is what made this place special. Joy, the GM made sure all our needs and wants were met and personally gave us a tour of the entire facility. Joy was so personal and attentive to all the guests. She even turned on the AC in our room so the room would be cool when we get back. We also stayed one night at the Intercontinent during our trip and I loved the Intercontinent as well. However for the price I paid, I would definite stay at the Phuwanalee Resort if I visit Khao Yai again.

First time in Thailand and our eyes were first set to Khao Yai because who wouldn't be tempted by the attractions it has and being Khao Yai National Park on top of the list. Aurora resort is the perfect place to stay if you're planning to check all the Khao Yai attractions off your list. We have stayed there for 4 days and I must say the resort is undeniably huge with a massive area to wander around. You wouldn't see too many people around the resort so the place is perfect if you wanted to escape the stress and just wanted to relax from a busy world. For a foreign like me, it is a bit of a challenge to communicate with their staff in English (but I know they're doing their best to understand you) and thankfully their resort manager is one call away and will definitely assist you with whatever activity you're planning to do, honestly anything you need. Very accommodating!

We enjoyed the scenic grounds with many lovely spots to take pictures. The lobby also has quaint decorations for more photo ops. The rabbit paintings in the hallway telling the story of Peter Rabbit will delight young guests. The room and bathroom was spacious and the view from our Lakeview room was gorgeous, even when raining. The bed was comfortably firm and we had a choice of pillow firmness. Our stay was regrettably short. We would recommend U Khao Yai for anyone seeking a picturesque place to unwind.

This is a modern, elegant hotel about 3km from the Korat old city. It's also set back a little distance from the main road passing through Korat, so that it's quiet, and set in a backlane. It's just a few hundred metres from the largest shopping mall in Korat. The hotel is a low-rise building with an inner atrium with plants and swimming pool. My room was spacious, modern and comfortable, with the odd exception of a small wardrobe board for an otherwise well furnished room. Breakfast was excellent in the airy high ceiling'd dining area, with the usual solicitous service. Ideally you should have your own transport but if not, the hotel can call a car for you. This is a haven of peace and luxury when visiting Korat

I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

Your location very bad !!!! The location in application take me to the wrong way in the night and in the soi that car cannot go and dark don't have lighting and take time with your location more than 30 minutes and wrong hotel too

We had booked two nights at Paradise House but when we arrived we found it was closed and there was a phone number to call. When we called a lovely woman from their sister property Paradise Hotel, and she drove over and offered to show us the room at Paradise House or we said we could stay at the hotel. We decided to stay at the hotel so that more services were available to us during our stay. The hotel was lovely, the room was large and clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool was closed and there was a limited breakfast, but that was all fine. I would definitely recommend staying at the Paradise Hotel if you are looking to stay in Phimai.

El hotel estaba a una hora del Circuito de Buriram y pedimos ayuda en recepción para un transporte y nos querían cobrar el doble de lo que pagamos en un trayecto que era la mitad y no nos pareció bien. La conexión de transporte del Hotel al Circuito Buriram no es buena y nula.

クメール時代の遺跡が街中にあることで有名なピマーイ市街地の郊外（ピマーイ病院の近く）にあるホテル。開館からさほど経っていないようで、モダンな館内は真新しく清潔そのもの。客室内も同様で、全体的に白を基調にコーディネートされており、ベッド周りの凝った照明や収納力の高さと見栄えを両立させたクローゼットに当ホテル独特のこだわりを感じた。オーナーはピマーイ市内のみどころを自ら解説してくれたりと大変親切である。
