We booked two rooms out of which one of the room's handles was not working neither the ac was working even the seepage was not good and bathrooms didn't have ventilation, and the telephones were not working, otherwise the room was clean and it was okay.

The hotel is good, the location is also very good. One thing hotel entrance is a little bit of a problem to find. Premium room has a very small respect for the price.

At this property food is provided from outside which is not good as quality wise. Room service is also not good

Big rooms and cordial staff but linens were very dirty and no hot water jugs or any provision to make tea, old hotel with just basic amenities for a day or two stay over. No complimentary breakfast options to book but the area nearby has good food options.

Reception was though normal it was not with warm welcome gesture. On call service was poor. Bathroom was good. Bed linen needs cleanliness.

Room is not clean properly, even bedsheet r also not clean. Wash room condition is also poor all the toilet setting r age old not function properly.
