The hotel is very nice . I came here for my son wedding and we spend very good time with this hotel. This is a 4 star property,but I want to give them 5 star . ...........................................All staffs are friendly basically Front office staffs . Well groomed, nice behavior.

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend Mayfair Lagoon hotel to our family and friends visiting Bhubaneswar.

I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

We had an amazing experience at Pal Height for our sangeet night, and a big part of that was Zia-ul. From the start, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. His dedication to making our event a success really stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. The food and service were exceptional, and it was clear that Zia-ul played a key role in ensuring everything was perfect. We truly appreciate his efforts.

We were very sceptical on visiting Bhubnasewar,but that soon changed, as we were picked up by a very pleasant driver from the hotel, who showed us many landmarks enroute to the hotel. Upon check in we were made to feel very welcomed by the most friendliest staff. Food cuisine and was very delicious with a vast variety of dishes. The hotel is a hidden gem, with a lot of character offering a very relaxing stay with beautiful gardens and a very calm atmosphere away from the usual hustle and bustle. Thank you to Rohit Tiwari and his team, who made our stay very delightful and comfortable,we surely will be back soon..

I am so used to the standard of hotels in India (even 5 stars) that I don't expect much anymore... This hotel surprised me positively. It has a wealth of details in the decoration, you can see the care in everything. The most beautiful and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in (I have been traveling here for 5 years). The service is better than a 5 star hotel. I have dietary restrictions and they met all my needs. Excellent rooms, comfort, quiet... exceptional breakfast. Service that I have not received in any other hotel so far. estou tão acostumada com o padrão de hotéis na Índia (mesmo sendo 5 estrelas ) que nem mais espero muita coisa ... Este hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Tem uma riqueza de detalhes na decoração, percebe-se o cuidado em tudo. Hotel mais bonito e mais limpo que fiquei (viajo há 5 anos aqui) . Atendimento melhor que hotel 5 estrelas. Tenho restrições alimentares e supriram todas as minhas necessidades. Excelente quarto, conforto, o silêncio.. café da manhã excepcional . Atendimento que não recebi em nenhum outro hotel até então.

I am stunned with the beauty of the hotel places in the heart of the city. Rooms were absolutely spacious and well equipped with all the eminites. The city view was really nice from my Room. I met some the wonderful and courteous staffs there. Special thanks to Ms. Payal, Mr. Lamchat , Mr. Pijus and Mr. Madan. They were not only humble and sweet , extremely hardworking. Kudous to them all. And Mr. Badal in front desk is amazing and supereb at his work, in few seconds only my check-in & check-out was done. Unfortunately in other hotels we don't experience this fast service.

Excellent hotel with exceptional service. Staff behaviour is also very nice. Food quality and quantity is also good. Overall value for money. Breakfast is also good. Location is very nice just the heart of the city. Station and airport is also near by.

Stayed here for 2 nights in room 107. Check in took 20 minutes, by far the slowest in my 4 weeks of travel in India. After that things improved. The grounds of the hotel are very clean from the entry to the reception, halls, lifts and all the way to the room. As a business hostel, the room is designed to be functional with space to work. The room was very similar in style to business hotels in Europe. A wardrobe, mini bar & snacks, desk & chair to work on and plenty of electric points, including one at the desk. The bathroom was functional with modern fittings, albeit a bit cramped. There's a wet room style shower with curtains or a bucket if you want to bathe Indian style. Hot water was readily available. The bed had a thick medium mattress and a heavy blanket which was perfect even with the AC on. I had purchased breakfast and the food options were exceptional. Each day there were about 10 Indian options and maybe 4 European options, although the latter were only toasts and cereals. Location wise, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Bhubaneswar Station which worked well for me as I had a morning train. The staff provide exceptional service. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff etc were all very professional. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would stay again.
