Staff simpático. O hotel é um pouco antigo, mobília, casa de banho, mas é confortável! A cama e a almofada são confortáveis, o duche é bom. O pequeno almoço tem pouca variedade, mas tem o essencial. A localização é excelente: colado ao porto e tem supermercado próximo.

Two star hotel. It has a very poor breakfast and a small elevator (where only two people can fit at a time). The staff is disappointing, not very friendly. We ordered a pizza delivery and, instead of the receptionist calling the room to inform, he allowed the motoboy to go up to our room to make the delivery (I've never seen that in my life). Also, there’s no parking. The bathroom in the room is extremely small, with brackish water. Amenities were never replenished. The air conditioning didn't have enough power to cool the room, and the safe didn't work either. We were relieved to leave.

Το διαχρονικό αυτό ξενοδοχείο της Κέρκυρας (μη συγχέεται με το Corfu Palace) βρίσκεται έναντι αεροδρομίου με όμορφη θέα προς εκείνο και τη λιμνοθάλασσα από τη μια και προς τον κήπο από την πίσω μεριά. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες/ οικογένειες ως τρία άτομα σε ένα δωμάτιο. Τα δωματια είναι σχετικά ευρύχωρα, κατακάθαρα, χωρίς όμως αναγκαία ηχομόνωση. Ο εξοπλισμός σε τηλεόραση, πρίζες είναι ξεπερασμένος. Το μπάνιο είναι καλό με ακαλαίσθητης πόρτες (χωρίς ηχομόνωση επίσης). Λείπει μαλακτικό μαλλιών αν και το νερό της Κέρκυρας θεωρείται σκληρό. Το πρωινό είναι καλό και ο υπεύθυνος στην είσοδο τυπικός Έλληνας του τουρισμού, φιλόξενος και φιλότιμος (παλαιός κοπής).Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και κήπος σε συνέχεια με τον χώρο πρωινού. Ο κήπος γενικότερα θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο φροντισμένος και η παιδική χαρά πιο γενναιόδωρη για παιδιά (αλλά είναι αμφίβολο αν αυτή είναι η σκοπιμότητα του ξενοδοχείου). Η πισίνα, καθαρή με όμορφο αν και στενάχωρο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Διαθέτει ναυαγοσώστη! Το μπαρ θυμίζει λίγο πλοίο στη γραμμή Ελλάδα-Ιταλία και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευχάριστο και πολυτελές. Κρύος καφές αδιάφορος. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το εστιατόριο, αλλά πλησίον του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο ούτε για δείγμα. Η εσωτερική σάλα είναι λιτή και καθαρή. Ο χωρίς στάθμευσης επίσης οριακά επαρκής για το μέγεθος επισκεψιμότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν μάλλον χλιαρή και απρόσωπη. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι υποφερτή. Αλλά σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο θέλει σύντομα αναβάθμιση για να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, which made our visit particularly pleasant. All our wishes were fulfilled quickly and without any hassle. The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need. We were impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness. The dining options are top-notch. The food was always of the highest standard, both in taste and presentation. The hotel facilities are also excellently maintained. The gardens, loungers, and pools are in pristine condition and invite you to relax. While there is no direct access to the sea, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, allowing you to reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. We can highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Alles war perfekt Wir hatten das günstigste Zimmer und wir hatten einen Blick auf den Haupteingang des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut! meine negativen Kommentare; Unten im Hotel riecht es sehr übel, es riecht nach Abwasser. 40€ Transfergebühr, obwohl es sehr nahe am Flughafen liegt Die Reinigung war an dem Tag, an dem wir dort waren, super! Aber, Ein junger Mann hat unser Zimmer gereinigt. und die Shampoos vergessen und der Geruch von Schweiß war drinnen! und Kaffee kommt nie wieder ins Zimmer

We have just spent a week in heaven! This hotel has everything! My husband and I booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better week. Everything in the hotel is just amazing! The hotel staff very kindly decorated our room, all nice and pretty. Which we appreciated so much. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, pool and sea room… it never ever got boring. Every morning and every night we looked out and we just fell in love with the view each time. Highly recommend for people to book the Greek Restaurant! It is a set menu and everything we got served was delicious. However, all the food served at the hotel was delicious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner… there are so many options for food. You will not go hungry. We found the best thing was from 10:30/11am, there is a mini food bar serving food all day. There was pizza, salad, yogurt, baguettes and hot desserts. The staff at the hotel are lovely and friendly! They made sure our stay was amazing. They even offer pool side service and table service in the bar. Which was nice as we got to talk to the staff throughout the day. We highly recommend to everyone booking a boat trip. There is a mini business by the beach area. They offer boat taxi’s into Corfu Old Town. Which is beautiful! (There are normal taxis but it’s always nice to do something different) They also offer boat trips and other water activities. The guys that run the business are really nice and accommodating! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. For Adults, Families and Couples We have already said we will return in the future.

The location was very convenient, only 3 mins walk from the city centre. The hotel owns 3 car parks which were always available to park our car. The rooms were very clean and spacious with modern furniture. The staff was very friendly and smiley. Laslty, the breakfast and bar area was very well organised and with plenty of food and drink options to choose from. Will definetely go back one day

Lovely facade and view of the Marina. We stayed at the hotel for one night. The receptionist greeted us and informed us of our room being a sea view room. A top tip would be to pay a bit more for a delux room as we did. The room was spacious and a proper 4 star hotel, albeit slightly dated decor. Lovely balcony with views of the marina and the sunrise/set. Good TV with plenty of English language news channels including the BBC as standard. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom, but lacked shower gel! Breakfast was presented well, with some options. But there were very few options for vegetarians and vegans. Surprisingly there was no toaster which should be standard in a Continental Breakfast. It could also be better if the juices were fresh and not cheap concentrated varieties. The rooftop terrace is a plus! Especially during the evening as a place to relax and see the views of Zakynthos town.

I should start by saying that I loved my time at Olea, the hotel has a great feel, it looks good, the staff are excellent, the food and drink is good. I'll go into a little detail here: Food & Drink The evening restaurants (Pacifico & Flow are the a la carte, Omicron is the buffet) are great. Pacifico & Flow especially, really good quality cooking, the tasting menu at Flow was a really good experience. The buffet is a fairly typical buffet to be honest, so don't expect wonders there, although it was nice that they have a selection of nightly changing a la carte main courses you can order also. Drinks were great in all the bars, the cocktail making was good, strong wine list dominated by Greek wines but some from around the world too. With all of these, service was great, just be patient - you're in Greece! Only minor gripe is that there is only one restaurant available for lunch which feels like a missed opportunity to offer some variety. The hotel does the same as many and ”repurposes” it's restaurants / bars during the day, so the reality is that there is three settings, each with a bar/restaurant area despite what names they give everything. We did find a slightly weird nuance at lunchtime, when we ordered wine by the glass it was free-poured and quite generous, to the point that it was far more economical to buy by-the-glass than by-the-bottle, maybe that was just us but I certainly didn't complain! Rooms Some people have moaned about the room size, and I think if you're comparing to a suite in Vegas then yes, these are small. However, if you consider these not a true ”suite” (i.e. with separate rooms for lounge / dining), but instead just consider them hotel rooms, then they are ample and generous for Europe. We had a Pool suite (”executive private pool suite, sea view”) which was nice. The first room we had was in block 3, and at this time of year (late September) the terrace didn't get any sun, so we requested a move and they more than graciously obliged. So we moved to block 6 which personally I think was slightly nicer anyway, and had the sun from 9.30am - 3.30pm. According to other guests we met, the sunset view had the sun all day (again likely time of year dependant). The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. A minor gripe is the automatic curtains - the motors weren't up to the job so they kept stopping half way and needed some gentle assistance, personally I co

L’hotel non centrale rispetto a Corfù Town ma ci si arriva in 20 minuti di passeggiata. l’hotel non ha una propria spiaggi a ma proprio difronte l’hotel c’è una discesa a mare dove poter fare il bagno ma non si tratta di una spiaggia vera e propria. A 3 minuti a piedi invece c’è la spiaggia di mon repose (2 lettini e 1 ombrellone 28 euro) è una spiaggia tranquilla attrezzata con bagno docce e bar. L’hotel ha spazi comuni molto belli ma le stanze sono minuscole e mal tenute, abbiamo prenotato per 10 giorni e la stanza era talmente piccola che non avevamo spazio per le valigie, ho chiesto per una stanza più grande ma mi hanno risposto che erano tutte uguali, ho fatto presente che erano completamente differenti dalle stanze pubblicizzate sul sito e mi hanno risposto che quelle erano foto vecchie. La pulizia inesistente, in 10 giorni non hanno mai spazzato a terra o lavato a terra nella stanza, spesso anche il bagno era sporco dopo la pulizia giornaliera. Dimenticavano spesso di lasciarci shampoo e bagnoschiuma è l’ultimo giorno anche le asciugamani quindi dovevo chiamare e chiedere di portarmi quello che mancava.insomma uno stress continuo. Le tende e il copriletto erano sporchi e macchiati. Anche l’igiene era molto carente, nella sala colazione volavano piccioni sul buffet e quando ho fatto presente che era un problema igienico mi è stato risposto che era un problema che stavano cercando di risolvere ma non erano ancora riusciti a risolvere, per scusarsi quel giorno ci hanno omaggiato dei cappuccini che avevamo ordinato per colazione è una bottiglia di vino in stanza ( i cappuccini e il caffè espresso sono considerati extra e costano 3.80 euro…al giorno…) Viste le mie lamentele per servizi scadenti, pulizia inesistente e igiene inesistente ci hanno offerto 15 minuti di massaggio ai piedi presso la spa dell hotel, peccato che ci hanno offerto questo regalo salato sera e lunedì dovevamo ripartire e per domenica non c’erano posti…una presa per i fondelli insomma! All’arrivo non ci hanno offerto lo champagne di benvenuto come hanno fatto invece con altri ospiti. Fortunatamente io parlo inglese perché nessuno parla italiano (solo un ragazzo parla italiano e di solito fa il turno di notte ed è davvero molto gentile e disponibile). L’hotel non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma è abbastanza facile parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze. Nel complesso l’hotel è bello ed in ottima posizione ed ha tutte le carte in regola per essere davvero un 4 stelle ma dovrebbero essere più rispettosi e attenti al cliente e migliorare igiene e pulizia

I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel! It has a very nice pool that my kid enjoyed with kind staff and very good food options even for picky eaters 😊 The view is to die for and me and my husband had amazing cocktails at the bar prepared with love by Dimitris & Mihalis ❤️

We booked this hotel with Jet 2, first time travelling with them, for 10 night half board.. We had read the reviews and seen photos and decided to book as prime location as we were hiring a car from the airport. We arrived 12:30am due to flight delay, main door was either locked, not working or very slow, had to negotiate luggage through the manual revolving door. Check in was swift, no offer of refreshments, no door man or night porter. Rom was spacious, plenty of hangers, shelving but no drawers for smaller items. We had two single beds pushed together, personally found the mattress too hard with the pillows running a close second. No tea /coffee making facilities. Bathroom in dire need of refit, significant limescale and rust on tiles and around fixtures, stained . broken, cracked grouting and bath seal. However, both the room and bathroom were clean. Pool area well maintained, plenty of comfortable loungers and a very vigilant life guard. Restaurant buffet breakfast, usual offerings, continental , cereals and cooked, hot drinks made to order, staff efficient and polite. We never ate any evening meals so can not comment. On our 6th night, we were woken by unbearable heat in the room, the air con stopped working, we then realised that we had a power cut, the power was back on within 30 minutes of my husband going to reception. Not a disaster but an inconvenience as we were relying on our phones for sat nav as the one in our hire car did not work and we had to wait for our phones to charge, wifi is slow. Our last night we were woken again by the sound of running water, there was a steady stream of water coming out of the spot light in the bathroom. Fully appreciate that there's no maintenance at 3.30 am , we were given extra towels to catch the water. We decided for safety's sake not to switch the lights on in the morning. Overall impression, a tired and very dated hotel that needs an upgrade. On a positive note, the views are stunning, especially sunrise and the location is spot on.

Честно говоря, один лучших видов из номера в жизни! Отель потрясающий! Находится в получасе пешком до аэропорта. Если есть желание прогуляться, то смело можно пройтись и посмотреть на нетуристические улочки города. До ближайшего пляжа меньше 5 минут ходьбы. В отеле живет кот Лазарус, у которого свой инстаграмм. В целом отель, персонал, местоположение выше всяких похвал.

Went for a anniversary. Good hospitality and yes food was a hit and miss but you eat something. Rooms are clean. Room service is polite and does nighties nice on bed. View was nice seen mouse island and mountains views. Also the airport in view. Weather was nice. The reviews are not as bad as I thought after booking the holiday as it not as it says. But. Service was polite and helpful. Internet not in the hotel room unfortunately. Other than that enjoyedy time there. Would visit again.

The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. I had such a lovely stay here with my bestfriend. It was quiet and the reception staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The view while having your breakfast or even an evening drink was breathtaking. It was easy to get around with the complimentary transfer and the driver was very kind! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Of course I have to mencione that the rooms and all the hotel were extremely beautiful, a lot a lot of quality and attention to the detail in everywhere, from the bedrooms until the swimming pool area, passing by the hallways, everywhere literally. We visited at the end of August as a family of 4. We booked a private pool room in the annex on an all inclusive base. First of all, let me say that we had a fantastic time. I will try to be objective. We are a French/British family and we have done similar holidays over the years… This is a very chilled hotel. A real mix of Europeans and no crazy loud entertainment until 1 am. If you want to party, it’s probably not for you. We booked this hotel in particular for the private pool, and it did not disappoint! We were in the annex ( room 904) and we had the sun on the pool most of the day. With a little wildlife in front which was great as we got to see hummingbirds. We loved the pool. The highlight of the holiday. I would say that the private pools in the main building were far more overlooked and not as much sun exposure. We never had to fight for a sun bed. Plenty by the pool and the beach. The beach is pebbles and I would recommend some beach shoes. The water is lovely and warm and plenty of fish to look at. The all inclusive food was good for a buffet. A lot of choice. Sea food, fish, Meat, Greek food and the usual fries and sausages ect… One dinner included at the a la carte restaurant which was nice . The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is only separated with glass doors so the toilet situation was rather funny at times. As a mother of 2 , I have given up on privacy a long time ago so it didn’t bother me. The walls are very thin though. We were lucky that our neighbours were quiet people. The staff were lovely. Dimitri and his Team at the restaurant were so warm and friendly. Same goes for the pool staff. Always a kind word for the children. My daughter insisted on saying goodbye to everybody as she had such a blast chatting with everyone most days. There was only one thing that was an issue for me. As mentioned we were in the annex wich is a 5 minutes walk. I knew about it and I have no problem with that. I was expecting a walk between the olive trees to go to the main building, but it turns out that we had to walk on the road which I didn’t love. To be fair, there is a car to take you up and down if you don’t want to walk. I normally would let my 11 years old walk back to a hotel room on his own, but in this case it felt unsafe. Saying that I would still choose the annex over the main building as it was much more private.

酒店位置就在海邊，很適合躺平發呆，就是這個季節下海還是有點冷～泳池稍微有點小，但是很乾凈～ 前台有點冷臉，其他服務人員都很nice 定的含早晚餐，可是有一天酒店晚上放假衹能個哦午餐，我們checkin了才告訴，那天出海沒辦法回來，衹能算了，不過攜程客服還是挺好的～

Back from another stay at Contessina Suites, and just like last time it didn’t disappoint. We were met by Marinos (from last year) and then Sara and Maria (also from last year!) it says a lot about a hotel when staff are willing to return!! We didn’t think it could get any better than before, but they did by exceeding our expectations again. We were offered a room upgrade for just €60 a night, so of course said yea! A pool for €60 a night, you have too! Breakfast was the same high standard, but with more things to build your own salad. Buffet dinner wasn’t quite up to last year, but was still enjoyable. We went out some nights though, and Elia was recommended to us - thanks reception for making the booking. They have a different excursion this year (although it’s the same boat) and the farm visit is very good. Lunch is also included this year! Beach within walking distance, and main shops/bars New staff this year that stood out was Che and Eduardo the Italian stallion. Already planning visit 3!
