I recently stayed at Vivanta Bhubaneswar with my elderly parents. I had booked a two-night stay from the USA and was connected with Padma, the travel desk manager. Padma was instrumental in helping me plan our visit to the Puri Temple, and he arranged special assistance for my father, who has difficulty walking without a stick. As it was not easy for me to trust a stranger with such important logistics, I was truly grateful to find someone reliable and caring to help ensure my parents could have a smooth and memorable darshan of Lord Jagannath. On November 11th, we visited the temple at 3 pm, and by 4:15 pm, we had completed a beautiful darshan. I sincerely appreciate Padma’s support and efforts in making this experience so smooth and enjoyable. I will certainly reach out to him again when planning my next family trip.

The hotel is very nice . I came here for my son wedding and we spend very good time with this hotel. This is a 4 star property,but I want to give them 5 star . ...........................................All staffs are friendly basically Front office staffs . Well groomed, nice behavior.

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable. I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

From the day starting of my visit, the staff i noticed was very elegant and talked in polite way, the biggest thing that they didnt say no to any dish i asked or anything that i wanted. I hope trident Bhubaneswar keeps the best work always and i will surely visit next time asap. They also presented cake for my parents and every dish i asked them, they prepared with love. compliments to every person working there.

The stay was great and the staffs re very good and helpful...the rooms were clean...the dinner was amazing...the buffet had really great choice...the service is very good...the working staffs are excellent....the environment of the hotel is very good.bedt hotel in odisha

A bar for unlimited drinks and so fulling food. The ambience was friendly and welcoming. We pre-ordered the starters because we were travelling, the staff were super co-operative. Whether the starters or the mains course the food was absolutely delicious and steaming hot. Great for friends and families hang out. Bikash Behra the amazing staff of the night for us. Absolutely good location. Just 1 min walk to station. Spacious and clean rooms and washrooms. Buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice of foods. Very well behaved and polite staff. Ample parking space available for the guests. Excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay and had good rooms with great food. The location is just perfect in Bhubneshwar and if you have good weather then awesome. The hotel is very comfortable and has spacious rooms. The staff is accommodating and is in the middle of the market. Lots of options to explore nearby. Pool was also great for kids to enjoy
