We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing.
The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room.
We were at 19/F and the view was also great!

It was a nice and pleasant stay. The room is clean and user friendly. Amenities are comprehensive, staffs are helpful. The most important thoughtful part is they provide a service for you to purchase their bedding and pillow through their site. This is a wonderful ideas with trial use before purchase. Love it!

Extremely convenient location to shops and restaurants. Once you exit the hotel, you're already in the shopping area!
The hotel room was clean and amenties were complete. The hotel itself has its own Chinese dimsum restaurant, gym and swimming pool, as well as a coffee/cocktail bar!
Definitely worth another stay when visiting Midtown and Joy Manor - too much to see for a one-night stay.

The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good

The accommodation experience was excellent! The room was clean and tidy, with good lighting and ventilation, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing for a full night’s sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, the facilities were complete and modern, and the location was very convenient. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the value for money was high. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe environment is peaceful yet central, just a five-minute walk from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and right next to the Nanyue Palace. The rooftop offers an unobstructed panoramic view, including the Canton Tower!
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. We received welcome fruit in the afternoon, and on our last day, even though we checked out late, they didn't rush us.
Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the room was clean!
Definitely recommend for families traveling with children! 🤔

The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to Guangzhou East Railway Station Metro, providing seamless connections for high-speed rail and subway, which is super convenient for business trips and travel.
The lobby is luxuriously elegant, with warm lighting creating a sophisticated ambiance. The room is spacious and bright, spotless, and the smart room control is incredibly convenient. I had a great night's sleep with voice-controlled lights and curtains. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress firmness is just right, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep every night. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, 24-hour constant temperature hot water, and a full set of toiletries.
The service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, proactively offering breakfast, with heartwarming attention to detail. The free 24-hour gym has new equipment, and the self-service laundry room with drying function is super convenient for business travelers. The Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is rich, the Cantonese wonton noodles are authentic, and the freshly ground coffee is aromatic.
The facilities are comprehensive, including high-speed WiFi, free parking, luggage storage, and other complete services. The value for money is exceptional, suitable for both business and leisure. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Guangzhou, highly recommended!

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

During the Spring Festival, all the gourmet shops downstairs are open, and there is no need to take a taxi to eat. This location is convenient to Hongzui Cruise or Old Street. Go to Zhanjiang
The North Station also takes 19 minutes.

Complaint 1: The parking lot is shared with K11, and it's very narrow and messy. It took me ages to find the hotel entrance, and there was no one to guide me, not even at the hotel entrance.
Complaint 2: The hotel corridors are a bit creepy, winding and dimly lit.
Complaint 3: At 11 PM, just as I was about to fall asleep, I was startled awake by the sound of a door closing next door. At 2 AM, I was woken up by noise in the hallway. At 4 AM, I was startled awake by some rustling sound outside my door... In short, the soundproofing is terrible.
Complaint 4: The pillows were as soft as clouds, offering no support whatsoever. I had to pile four of them up to use.

Price is good for a spacious room in such a location - take the elevator from Level 18 to Basement 2 and you are 3 minutes from 公园前 Metro Station, which can bring you to pratically all the places of interest and wholesale markets within 20 minutes. Cleanliness wise, no complaint - you can request for room make up anytime you want. Serive is good = they are always there to meet our requests.
