Welcomed by the bugle player - a bit over the top for us! Though we did later discover that he also took great photographs. Amazing building part old residence and part modern with lavish 1920's decor. Room large with lovely decoration. Disappointed that the rooftop pool was shut for maintenance though we were offered a shuttle to the sister hotel but this was not feasible as we were only there one night. Breakfast was good once we had worked out the set up. The evening meal was also good but outside on the terrace the experience was marred by loud music not in keeping with the overall ambience of the hotel.

So generally it never happen that you fall sick while travelling. Meanwhile i was really unwell the staff is so supportive to customise food according to my preference and not only this i broke my phone so they helped me fix it. A staff from hotel was assigned for me so i don't get any discomfort till i am in bhatinda. I am sure this never happens in a hotel. I recommend this hotel because apart from everything what a hotel should have they have amazing amazing people who would take care of you, i felt home away from home. We stayed here for a family wedding. This was our place of stay before the main functions started. We later shifted to Heritage Resort for the main functions. While that one is more spacious, this was situated bang in the middle of the city. The rooms were comfortable and functional. Hot water was an issue, one has to wait 10mins or more to get hot water, all the while wasting tap water. One of the days the AC vent started stinking of dead animal and after 2-3 hours the staff retrieved a dead rat from the overhead shaft! The room had to be aired to get rid of the smell. Food was good and the Tea was amazing. We had taken buffet breakfast and they did refill the spread even after the time of breakfast was over. Thankful for this as the family members (guests) kept trickling at their own pace.

We (me, wife and our 2 year old kid) stayed at the Park Paradise on our way back from Jaisalmer. Overall the experience was excellent. The room was big and spacious. It was also very clean. The staff was very courteous and attentive to all our requirements. I need to specifically thank Mr Ankit (who was handling the reception) and Mr Swapan (a staff in the restaurant) for the very personal attention they gave during our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were included in the package we booked and the food quality and service were excellent. The restaurant serves excellent veg and non-veg food. I was also impressed by the mutual respect and excellent coordination I could see among staff at all levels, starting from senior manager to the junior most person in staff. May be the only additional thing they could do is to keep a copy of the food and beverages menu also in the rooms. Overall a good business hotel to stay in Bikaner city.

Rooms somewhat bare for the size but very roomy. Bed comfortable but linen & towelling in need of some whiting or replacing. Lovely exterior & corridor adjoining lobby, pool area & gardens also nice but sadly used by more pigeons than guests. If this perturbs you then maybe think twice about your level of accomodation in India. Staff were very friendly. Our room & bathroom were clean but maintenece to powerpoints & detailing in bathrooms would make a huge difference. I guess if you have high expectations for a 4 star hotel in India then you will be dissappointed. Fine detailing is not their thing but smiles & friendliness is. Our breakfast & dinner were included in our organised travel so not sure of pricing but food was lovely especiall dinner. Would we recommend & stay here again...YES .

The entrance to this palace is absolutely stunning. The inside is just as good too. We received a warm welcome from friendly staff. The room was very large and looked great. The bed, however, was a little hard. The bathroom was ginormous. We had dinner in the inner courtyard, which was a lovely setting. It's a shame the meal didn't live up to the same, as it was not very nice. The lamb dish was basically bone and gristle. The Naan bread was not fresh.

The hotel does not have any room service though they serve tea with some request. Also cleanliness can be improved
