Had a fantastic stay! The lady at the front desk was so kind, spoke softly, and had perfect Mandarin. The hotel has a pool and a gym, which was a shame because I didn't bring my swimsuit and couldn't try the pool. The staff at the gym reception patiently explained everything about the pool, which was awesome! The breakfast buffet was also great, with a wide variety of options, and I was surprised to find some Inner Mongolian specialties that tasted really good. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hohhot!

Baotou Shangri-La Hotel is simply amazing. The check-in experience is really good. Before I checked in, the hotel housekeeper Miss Bai Huimin called me in advance to arrange a satisfactory room for me. The front desk check-in attitude was also very good. The room facilities and equipment are very complete, the hygiene is particularly good, and a small gift with Inner Mongolia characteristics was given when I checked out. In short, it was a very good experience. I will definitely choose here next time!

My stay at the Wanda Vista Hohhot exceeded my expectations. The hotel's exterior is grand, and the interior decor is tasteful and sophisticated, perfectly blending traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern design. The room was spacious and well-lit, with comprehensive amenities and soft, comfortable bedding, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The staff provided excellent service, from the front desk to housekeeping, all were polite and promptly assisted with any issues, which was very reassuring. The hotel's public areas were immaculately maintained, showing careful attention to detail in its management. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good, with a comfortable dining environment. Overall, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel offers great value for money compared to similar establishments and is highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I stayed at Baotou Marriott Hotel again and had the same good experience. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, and gave us free fruits. The hotel's floor waiters were also good. The hotel has a high cost-effectiveness and is an ideal choice for traveling to Baotou.

The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The water supply is large and it is very comfortable to wash. Parking is convenient at the door. The service is super super super good. I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. This environment, this price, and this service are really worth it. I hope the price will not increase.

As I frequently stay at Hilton hotels during my travels, I chose this brand again, and the service was, as always, quite excellent. When I encountered a noise issue in my room, the front desk quickly arranged a room change. However, the new room was smaller than the original one (I had booked a Deluxe King Room), and there was no price difference, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted good, served in the revolving restaurant, which offered a very nice ambiance. At checkout, front desk staff member Xiao Zhao was enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions. She also helped me retrieve my membership information and provided detailed instructions, showing excellent service awareness. Two suggestions: 1. There was no shoehorn in the room. When wearing boots in winter, it's quite inconvenient without one, so I suggest adding them. 2. Upon checking in, the ground-level parking lot was full. I looked for the parking attendant but couldn't find him. Eventually, he appeared from somewhere and opened the basement garage door for me to park. When I was checking out and wanted to retrieve my car from the garage, I couldn't find the attendant at the guard booth or in the parking lot. I then called Xiao Zhao at the front desk and asked her to contact the attendant. After the call, I still had to wait outdoors in sub-zero temperatures for nearly ten minutes before the basement roller shutter slowly opened. I never saw the attendant throughout this entire process. Couldn't there be a contact number posted at the basement entrance so that guests can reach the parking manager immediately when needed? The departure experience was extremely poor, and this is why I rated the service three stars. I will stay again in the future and hope for improvements.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

I was a bit worried at first, but the room turned out to be really great, with no trace of any renovation smell. The facilities were excellent, definitely worth the price. The kids had a blast too. I'm very satisfied with the hotel. Due to time constraints, the kids only spent two hours at the amusement park, and many attractions were closed because it was the off-season and quite windy. I recommend checking activity changes and operating hours in advance after booking.

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

This hotel is excellent ,I can't find any flaws. So far, it's been the best stay I've had. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was a delightful .I especially loved the design of the separate toilet and basin, which meant I didn’t have to wait for someone else to finish. I’ll definitely return to Atour Hotel for my next trip .
