Centrally located, tasty food. Friendly staff. My flight got preponed and the staff manager mr var-gees was very kind to drop me to the airport. Otherwise i would have missed my flight to delhi

No complementary breakfast available even when you pay more than hotels nearby to this hotel. While other hotels do provide. When enquired about it the manager replied that it's solely under the owner's discretion and the owner never agrees to such privileges. They don't care about customer's feedback on breakfast being complementary as the hotel being too hold, customers never disregard such decision.

Hotel was okayish but the authority wasn't very humble. They did mention in the site that outside guests are allowed but they did not allow and were very rude in expressing that. Should try to make the rules clear to avoid any confusion

bad stay room not comfortable for me. bed is not comfortable ac not properly work washroom is very bad, not clean, not hot water for bath, also room not room freshness also smel in room i mean. very bad experience☹️

Lots of mosquitoes. Not good for couples I would suggest not to come here. Also I asked for early check in ie 9Am they allowed it but after 3 days of stay they asked me to check out at 9AM and failing to do so would lead to extra charges of whole 1 day. Even though Aya the checkout is at 12 PM it was not accepted without the extra charge. The didn’t offer much help in the situation, they said some percentage of extra charge would refunded in form of coupon on next booking.
