Location also good but facility not good lick breakfast variety very poor, food praise tariff high level staff service very poor

Located in the middle of city, clean & good hospitality. Food is good in taste but for single stay little bit expensive. Request to management to provide half plate option for single.

Hotel front and reception looks but rooms are not good at all. Room wallpaper falling down, walls are damaged amd crack on it.

Rooms were spacious but the quality of rooms not good. Walls were not clean and washroom was not clean as expected.

It is good to see such a hotel in a small city like bilaspur. Room was clean, and maintained. Staff was friendly, and trained. Food in restaurant was good. A temple inside the premise make the ambience very positive.

The rooms are of the worst quality. Old ac il, not cooling the entire room. Bugs are everywhere in the room, can't sleep the entire night. The overall experience was not good.
