I spent 5 nights here , on arrival at the airport I took a taxi to the hotel took about 30 minutes, cost 25 euros ( October 2022 ) on arrival reception staff friendly and helpful I was handed a tourist map and shown places of interest. I had a room on the second floor, the room was clean and tidy, excellent shower room and toilet. Comfortable bed. Good strong WiFi signal. Quiet not a great deal of street noise. The tram stop is 2 minutes from the hotel, I used the tram quite a lot .Buy a Barik card from the ticket machine, there are Instructions in English. In my opinion a Barik card is better value than a Bilbao tourist card. The hotel has a great location from the seven streets, lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good , nice coffee. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel. I would certainly return and recommend this hotel.

Best located small hotel ever. Next to tram and bus stops or 10 mins walk to Casco Viejo metro and old town with hot spot for scores of bars & restaurants. Quiet, very clean hotel, in good condition. Excellent bed-linen & towels. Comfortable bed. Decent sized room. Good shower. Air con in room. Housekeeping excellent, staff very helpful & friendly, multiple languages spoken. Hotel's car park first come first served. You may find free street parking or get plenty of pay-parking available close by. Not a big issue. Reception very helpful for parking.

Great 3* hotel in a handy location, near the Old Town and tram stop. Friendly, helpful staff - Unai helped us organise our weekend, with great tips on places to visit, where to eat pintxos and even how to buy the travel pass; couldn’t have a better front of house man. Although there was no bar at the hotel, it’s close proximity to the Old Town meant that wasn’t a problem. My only issue was the lack of a power shower but the hot water was plentiful and other than that, we couldn’t fault the room. Had a great weekend and would definitely recommend this as a base for exploring Bilbao.

The hotel is in the outskirts or town, close to the highway. We found the location a bit inconvinient as you have a bit of a walk to go to old-town and everything else is about an hour away. The hotel offers very little in terms of services, they have a small gym and a parking lot that holds about eleven cars (for fifty rooms) the rooms are remodeled, but not very well maintained, ours had a very strong and unpleasant smell. The TV and fridge were old and did not work very well. The elevators and hallways were dirty. Altogether a stay that I I hope I will forget soon.

Hotel di buona qualita', ottima la posizione, vicino al Casco viejo, e a due passi dal Mercado Ribera Accoglienza e professionalita' Stanze spaziose, buona la pulizia,letti confortevoli. Molta cordialita' da parte di tutto il personale alla recepción.

Accueil très bon sans avoir fait de réservation. Petit déjeuner très bien et café excellent (long et expresso) bien que ce soit une machine. Il y a le choix. Nous avons eu un peu chaud dans la chambre car nous n'avons pas reussi a mettre en fonction la climatisation et impossible de régulier le radiateur de la chambre. Nous avons dû ouvrir une fenêtre du bow-window. Nous avons eu de très bons conseils pour la visite de Getxo et de Bilbao. Nous étions au calme et proche du vieux quartier. Merci aux deux personnes de l'accuei pour leur compréhension et nos échanges tant en italien qu'en français. .Notre espagnol étant trop lointain.

Hotel casi en el centro, al lado del tranvía y muy cerca de todo a pie. Personal súper amable. Habitaciones grandes con baño también grande. Las camas muy cómodas. Habitaciones muy limpias. Definitivamente para repetir. Tienen servicio de desayuno pero nosotros no lo utilizamos.

Hotel sencillo y muy acogedor,estancias amplias,todo muy limpio .Destacar la amabilidad del personal,Unai muy atento y amable. Muy cerca del centro de Bilbao. Desayuno sencillo pero completo. Un acierto aloj**** allí para conocer Bilbao y sus alrededores.
