I had to make phone calls and wait outside for half an hour because I couldn’t get inside. The room had only one ceiling window that couldn’t be covered. The soundproofing was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel ‐ it was a bad experience"

"This is an aparthotel, located next to the British Company, with subway access to the train and bus station, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British Company where you can buy all kinds of food. This hotel does not have a front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only drawback is that after booking, I did not receive any email notification on how to check in. So we went to the hotel entrance, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, and sent us an email with the entrance code. Then you need to check in online, you can use the link in the email or there is a check in machine. To check in, you need to take a photo of the booker's ID and a selfie. Then you need to fill in the ID information of all residents. After checking in, you will receive your room number and password. After entering the room, there is a welcome gift, which contains water and other snacks. Very thoughtful.
