"Stayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness."

"I stayed here for one night on my way to San Seba. It was incredibly convenient, directly connected to the International Station, where the bus to San Seba departs. It was also just a few minutes from San Mame Stadium. The museum and the city center are within walking distance, about a 20-30 minute walk. The facilities are very clean and wheelchair accessible, with amenities and a welcome drink included, which was very helpful. It might be quite expensive during soccer season, but otherwise it's great value for money."

"Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have."

"It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest"

"This is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. "Great hotel, very cozy rooms, although small. Great shower, everything melts in the room perfectly. You need to ask for a bathrobe and slippers separately, but in Spain this practice is almost everywhere. There is welcome champagne and goodies at the reception. Delicious marmalade! I can say that the hotel is excellent, we spent only a day there, but we liked everything very much. Comfortable beds with a soft mattress, super comfortable pillows. Breakfast deserves special attention - it has absolutely everything. The location of the hotel is excellent. In general, everything is great 🫶"

"Very clean hotel with a huge room :) clean and spacious bathroom. Very well located a few minutes walk from the museum and the city center. Underground parking is a plus (even if paid)."

"La verdad es que relación precio/calidad está muy bien. La habitación, la cama y el baño eran cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena en pleno casco viejo de la ciudad. No tiene ascensor pero es solo un piso por escalera por lo que no es grave, pero puede ser tenido en consideración para alguien con alguna dificultad o con demasiadas maletas. En nuestro caso muy buena experiencia. Sería bueno que incluya algún hervidor eléctrico y algún frigobar para poder tener algo de agua y/o tomarse alguna infusión más allá del desayuno."

"Buena ubicación, cerca del lugar de trabajo. Los apartamentos son muy nuevos, cómodos y bien equipados. La habitación es cómoda y el baño amplio. La única pena que le veo es la falta de wifi en las habitaciones."
