"Highly recommend this extremely well lovated and modern hotel. The staff are fabulous and highly professional. The rooms are spacious and very practical. The location is right in the middle. You can walk to the train station, to the old shopping area... You are 15 minuti away by tram to the Guggenheim. Thank you again for such a beautiful stay - will definitely come again."

"Nice hotel and room. The coffee downstairs was quite good. Excellent location. The heating, adjustable from the room, was quiet and efficient. The only downsides were that the mattress was a bit hard and that we were given a room with a bathroom adapted for disabled people."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. It’s very close to the Metro and in the Old Town area. About 20 minutes walk from The Guggenheim which maybe is one of the ‘must sees’ when you visit Bilbao. The room is small, a bed, desk, hanging space. En suite toilet and shower. It’s basic , clean accommodation close to lots of restaurants and bars. It could be noisy from the street. I didn’t hear anything but I’m a sound sleeper. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Not the usual B&B experience, you get through the front door and the B&B's door with a code. On a table you'll find the card for your room and that's it. Room very large, good bed , nice bathroom with curious toilet. Didn't bother with the "breakfast" there, just went out the front door , to the left and into a small bar with good coffee, real orange juice and a sticky croissant , all for 3 Euros."

"It was a pretty satisfying stay. Internet is very good and the bed/chair are comfortable. Check in was easily arranged too and there was no issues. Minor negative is that the room is too dark and there is no fridge. - However I guess that is expected with the price. Most annoyingly this is the first ever hotel I have been where they restrict the internet! Even worse they have the cheek to block certain VPN protocols. Pathetic, too need to use a VPN to fully use the internet! Nanny hotel!"
