Excelente atención, serví e instalaciones. Sin duda alguna volveríamos a quedarnos aqui

Sería una casualidad, pero nos encontramos con la chica de la limpieza en el ascensor y ni buenos días, en recepción si no dices hola, tampoco saludan. Respecto al hotel, un poco caro para ser un tres estrellas, habitación pequeña, y el hotel en general un poco descuidado. El desayuno caro para un tres estrellas.

床單有污漬，早上打掃衞生的工作人員動靜太大，隔壁好幾個房間都出來指責了，價格實惠的，在Bilbao算是很便宜了

El hotel Ilunion Bilbao tiene unas habitaciones muy amplias. En mi estancia nos tocó una habitación con cama muy grande y con ventana con vistas a las ciudad (Teniendo en cuenta que nos encontrábamos en un 10° piso. Hotel muy recomendable!!

Hotel is great, room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. The hotel location is quite convenient, you can get there from the airport by just one bus and you are connected to other public transportation options

The facility is clean, efficient and functional. Very close to airport bus stop, as well as metro and tram station. Little off from the noisy center, but enough bars and eateries near by. My family loved it.

This hotel was great! Our room was really nice, and an excellent value, and we liked the location. My only negative comment is we stayed there on a Saturday night. There's a club under the hotel (basement level). We were on the 13th floor and we still had trouble falling asleep because we could hear the bass from the club. This was not a problem at all on Sunday night, so most of the week it's probably fine.

Nice sized rooms for 3. Nice size bathroom. Only drawback is no coffee maker, etc.

Very clean and spacious room and fast check-in time at the desk. Friendly staff and well organised.

Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.

I liked there was free lemon water server at lobby. I would be very appreciated if there is free coffee service in room.

Excellent location- 10 minute walk from the bus station and close to the centre. Excellent restaurants nearby. The room and shower room were clean and comfortable. If you are in a eoom facing away from the street, the lights from a high-rise opposite are very bright and the curtains in the room do not block the light so if you need darkness to sleep, request a room street side. Really good breakfast. Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Really like the ethos of the hotel chain. Would stay again.
