Saya sangat menyukainya, penginapannya sangat selesa, dan perkhidmatannya sangat prihatin, jadi saya tinggal satu malam lagi. It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: "ok we can live with that". BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: "It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating". This we find out after we have been "cooling" for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to various tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive and warm service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It provides great value for money, making it ideal for both family and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel has a good location within 10 minute walk from Abando train/metro station. Unfortunately this hotel was disappointing because of the following points: Room was not suppled with milk or enough hot drink stackers for two guest and when calling reception in the morning, they said we had to go down to reception to get them Room did not have any toiletries in the bathroom and again we were asked to go down to Reception to get them Room was unclean with dusty desk They supplied water and no bottle opener to open it with One of the key points that attracted us to book this hotel above the others was the Spa. This was not free for hotel guests and on Sunday it only opened in the morning meaning we ended up not taking advance of this facility

This hotel is in a great spot in a great city. It’s within walking distance of most central attractions and has an adorable coffee shop across the road. Hotel itself has a nice atmosphere with the quiet bar and tv screens in lobby where guests sit and relax. Would stay again.

A bed and pillows is hard but for one night is great place to stay.

It is not as good as excepted, but the location is quite convenience as there is a tram station nearby. The room is a bit not as clean as excepted but still is a good choice to stay as the price is not so high.

Lovely hotel and service. The hotel is modern, is in an incredible location too as it is a few minutes walk from the main sights.

温馨的城市温馨的酒店，在市中心吧，步行十分鐘左右能到達主要的景點，附近也有不錯的中餐館，購物商場等，步行五分鐘左右zara mango各種商店。不錯！

酒店房間很滿意，但是入住時被告知定的標間不能讓小朋友入住，必須掏錢換家庭房，因為抵達酒店就已經天黑了，而且外面下大雨，就衹能硬着頭皮掏錢換了，最終兩晚補了80歐，換的家庭房確實大了不少，似套房。酒店內部設施挺新，裝修典雅大氣，頂樓和望到一線海。除了服務不夠靈活外，其餘都滿意，酒店早餐也是這次住的幾個酒店裡最好的，下回再去，應該還會再住。

1박했는데도 투숙 전후로 짐맡아주셔서 안심하고 여행했습니다 객실 컨디션이 매우 좋았고 조식도 맛있었습니다 추천합니다

Établissement calme, accessible facilement (bus aéroport à 10 minutes maximum à pied), personnel très agréable et petit-déjeuner également de bonne qualité.
