Hotel 2 Bintang di Bilbao

Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Si nous sommes nombreux par chambre, celles et ceux avec qui nous la partageons, respectent l'intimité et le sommeil des autres. Les douches et les sanitaires sont très propres. L'espace où se restaurer est judicieusement aménagé, de façon à ce que nous puissions échanger avec l'ensemble de la clientèle et du personnel. L'accès au Wi-Fi est très pratique surtout lorsque, comme moi, l'on vient de l'étranger. Il m'a fallu quitter l'auberge plus tôt que prévu. Le personnel m'a proposé un remboursement des deux nuits que je n'avais pas passées à l'auberge. Si cela n'a finalement pas été possible, puisque j'ai fait ma réservation sur Booking, je remercie chaleureusement toute l'équipe de la proposition. Le seul inconvénient — il en faut toujours un — est l'absence de prises dans les chambres, près des lits, pour charger son téléphone portable.

Hotel cercano al centro y con todos los servicios necesarios al lado. No hay ascensor. Las paredes son papel de fumar. Se escucha todo y cuando digo todo es todo. Si se tiene la mala suerte de tener de vecinos a usuarios sin consideración, tendrás probelmas para conciliar el sueño. Los recepcionistas amable y atentos. Habitación básica para dormir solamente.

Very good location. Airport bus stops 2 blocks away. Close to the Guggenheim and other museums and tourist sites. Great welcome and check in. Basic bed with bedding. Kitchen only has a microwave and fridge – no opportunity to cook. No towels, but lockers available so bring your own lock. It’s comfortable but certainly not premium as the name implies. Nos alojamos por trabajo una noche. Es un hotel sencillo pero muy acorde con su precio. Destacar el tamaño de la tv, enorme, nos llamó la atención. Está muy céntrico, a 5 minutos de la alhóndiga. No dispone de recepción 24 horas pero no supuso un problema. Hotel funcional y cumple en consonancia a su precio.

Pleasant basic clean hotel ideal for short city break..Fernando on reception very informative on the area and pointed us in the right direction as did all the guys. Safe area security everywhere don't know why some reviews said different. Room cleaned every day the girl even folded up clothes that we left on 🛌 no need what a gem.1 negative a small fridge in the room for water wld be fab it does get hot there all in all we were very happy with the hotel.

Excellent location. Very comfortable room with a good bathroom. Considering the position, not particularly noisy. Lovely, helpful and professional staff. Breakfast would be a good addition, but stacks of places to eat very close by. The Athletic Bilbao bar across the street is worth a visit.

Bilbao was my first stop on a 5 day holiday to Spain, and was probably the place I was looking forward to visiting the most. Kind of a odd city to negative, but after asking around to people who had visited before, decided to base myself in the old town, and found Casual Bilbao Gurea to my liking. My taxi dropped me off at the front of the theater, as I had to walk the last few minutes of my journey. Best to have Google maps out, as there is no big sign post of the hotel, and after walking around, I noticed out the corner of my eye a small sign on the side of a door. One through this door you have to walk right to the back behind the stairs and get the lift up to the floor where the hotel is. Nice enough place, and I was check in to my room in no time. Simple, but main thing is that it was clean. Staff are extremely helpful, and was most satisfied with my stay. If back in Bilbao again, I would most certainly consider staying here again.

I am satisfied with my one night stay in this hostel. We booked a 6 bed female dorm and we were just 3 which was good. It was spacious and the bathroom inside it is also big. People at the reception were kind and answered our questions about the public transport and let my friend leave her luggage there after check out. The hostel works with a code for the main door and one for the bedroom door. Our only complaint was the beds which made noise when we moved. So it can easily wake others up. And also the location is a bit strange but very central.
