Hotel 2-Bintang di Sichuan, China

This is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

Very nice hostel with spacious bedroom, good shower and decent heating. The staff are really friendly snd helpful and they also looked after our luggage while we travelled West for a week. The mattress is a little old as there is a dip in the middle, but we still had a good sleep. I can’t really comment on the location as we were only there for 1 night, but there is a metro station right outside the from door.

The location is quite good as it is two stops away from the chengdu east railway station. Good to stay here if you have plans to travel to outskirt of Chengdu. Daily replenish of fresh bottled water and towels. The down side is the heater is not really well. When we stay for a few days we could feel the heater blowing hot air but only if you are standing near the air con, it does not warm the room. We told the housekeeper about it and she taught us how should we set the aircon heater but it is of no use. As the room still feels cold. The host did not even mention to us that the microwave was not available at all when we stayed until we had to question the host. The water is also leaking from the pipe from the water heater. There was sewage smell from the toilet and had to report to the host but it takes a few days to fix. They do provide additional hanger upon our requests. A suggestion for the host is to provide the address in more detials as such if it is apartment to provide the correct building no and whether it is A or B block. As we reached to the hotel i think and had to contact the host to bring us to the correct place. It is still overall not a bad place to stay as there were a lot of eateries and convenience stores.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

The hotel is very close to the TianFu airport, so if you have a long layover until your next connection flight this place might be an excellent option. They arrange a free pick up and drop off to the airport. I recommend this place to others.

Saya terutamanya ingin memuji lokasi hotel ini berhampiran Jalan Chunxi dan sangat mesra kepada rakan-rakan yang melancong ke Chengdu. Pertama sekali, ia tidak jauh dari Stesen Metro Chunxi Road Anda boleh terus menaiki Metro Lines 2 dan 3. Metro Line 2 mempunyai People's Park, Stesen Kereta Api Timur Chengdu, Xipu (mesti singgah untuk tarikan Dujiangyan dan Panda Valley). dll. Kedua, bertentangan dengan hotel adalah Teater Jinjiang, di mana anda boleh menonton Opera Sichuan apabila anda mempunyai masa Di sebelahnya adalah bas terus ke Muzium Sanxingdui. Akhirnya, terdapat kedai khusus di tingkat bawah di kedai serbaneka dengan banyak lidi periuk panas Anda boleh turun ke bawah untuk makan pada bila-bila masa. Walkable distance to Bipenggou ticket office. Nice and spacious room. They provided disposable towel. So bring your own if you prefer a fluffy fabric one. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. However, breakfast was Chinese breakfast style. So if you're vegetarian or at the age that prefers green than meat, then breakfast here is so perfect to you. Staff were nice and helpful. I was there from late Nov to early Dec. The weather was really cold. The floor heater in the room keeps stopping working. Staff came to fix it, but after that it stopped again and again.

I give this hotel 10/10, especially to the guy who helped me navigate the city! I took a taxi to the hotel for 80 yuan and the guy at the hotel told me that it was expensive and I was deceived. He helped me order a taxi from the hotel to the city and in the evening when I was returning I texted him and he also helped me order a taxi. Since I didn't have apps for ordering taxis and subway maps in China, this guy from the hotel helped me make up a subway route and I successfully got to the city center. In the morning, he took me to the airport and other residents and did not take any money at all. I was shocked by such hospitality, it is a wonderful and comfortable hotel and wonderful service! I recommend that anyone who, like me, wants to take a walk in the city for one or two days in transit stay at this hotel! It's new - you can see it from the rooms, I have one photo left - I took photos of the panels on the walls because I liked the design!

Location is good. 5-min walk to metro station Exit E. Have to go up flight of steps to get to apartment lobby, which is shared jointly with a couple of other operators. Very taxing to roll huge luggage along steep ramp alongside steps. Room is very spacious and beds are big and pretty comfortable. Top grade service from the day receptionist, Xiao Yang, and her manager. They spent a lot of time helping to track down my bag left behind on the high-speed rail by making several phone calls, and liaising with the customer service as I did not have a China number. Xiao Yang even went out of her way to bring me to the courier collection service nearby to pick up my parcels. Really fantastic service!

This hostel is a world class youth hostel in Chengdu city. The location is very good and nearby Chunxi road where the shopping malls and eateries shops are located. There are plentiful street food hawkers around this area. The lobby area is very big like the 5-star hotel. The room and bed are clean and comfortable. They have seat toilets, disposable bath towel and bathroom I love to use.

For me, a good hostel plays a huge role in the overall travel experience, and this one did not disappoint. The staff were outstanding: Yuki, Jingbuer, Lanyi, and others whose names I didn’t get (unfortunately!🥲). They were all incredibly friendly and always made me feel welcome. They organized a variety of activities and events, creating a great atmosphere and encouraging everyone to join in. Thanks to them, my trip felt even more fulfilling. I’ll definitely return to Chengdu just to stay here again 😊

Very helpful customer service, they had a washing machine and provided laundry detergent which not all other places provide. Also very kindly let us store our luggage and patiently responded to all my fathers requests and questions. Note that they only provide disposable towels. Which makes it hygienic but to some ppl they may not like the feeling. Also the hot water is not consistent, it will get very hot then cold then hot then cold but overall very pleasant stay. Loved the automatic curtains! Location was great for us to explore taikooli and quite near train stations! There is also a delicious noodle store downstairs at the corner where we ate there everyday because the dumplings and noodles were so good and cheap compared to other places

The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding. The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day. It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it. The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked. The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

Peralatan mandian pakai buang, kualiti sangat buruk, berus gigi boleh bengkok 135 darjah! Masih boleh tinggal satu malam. Restoran di kedua-dua belah rumahnya disyorkan untuk dilindungi daripada kilat, terlalu mengelirukan!

1.我們因為臨時落石封路導致當日不能抵達，經與店家溝通，店家也是積極幫我們解決了問題🙏，簡直超級nice！ 2.晚飯在店家直接吃的，牛肉火鍋！真的！一定要去吃！簡直不要太好吃！我到今天寫評價的時候還在想着那一口牛肉火鍋！一定要吃！一定要吃！量很大！兩個人一個鍋足夠吃啦～ 3.不得不説店家自己調配的料碟是真的香！！本來説好要買一瓶走的～ 結果第二天着急趕路給忘記了！真的是太難受了！！！ 4.房間真的超級好看！很愜意！很舒服！乾乾淨淨的！超級愛了！！！

The hotel is good. The location is only about 1 km walking to the national park and there are many shops and local foods nearby. The amenities are standard. The room I stayed in is big, the bed is so comfy and has good air-conditioning. The staff are also nice. The only comment will be the shower which is so unsteady but I can manage. Considering the price, location and cleanliness I will still give 5 stars. ^_^~

The original room given was terrible! First the key card didn’t open the room door - had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. Eventuality got the door open to find that the inner part of the door handle/lock was loose, the room smell, plaster was flaky and coming off at the bottom of walls, and there was a big big gap between the door frame that and the wall. Went down to the reception again to complain and the receptionist wasn’t very happy. She said all those things should not affect our sleep in the room. She very reluctantly changed the room after I insisted on it. The replacement room wasn’t much better. It was bigger as it was a family room, but there was still plaster coming off at the bottom of walls. There was no gap between the door frame and the wall, but the window wouldn’t close so the room was freezing cold. It was a very bad experience!

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

服務：接待的小姐姐特別熱情細心，幫我加了被子，推薦的火鍋店也很好吃！ 環境：小院乾乾淨淨清爽，也挺安靜的，樓頂的露台看山景很漂亮，房間也寬敞。 設施：公區挺好的，有小桌、鞦韆，佈置得很温馨室內相對簡單。 衞生：乾淨整潔。 別的照沒拍，大家看看門前的山景吧哈哈哈真的很有意境。

衹能説是還好，總體來説住一晚就走還是可以忍受的。衞生一般，環境佈置上來看，可以看得出是上了年紀的老酒店了，設施都比較老舊，吹風機的年紀最起碼有十歲了。熱水器漏水，那個水是關不上的，流的滿地都是，到半夜也在一直有大小不一的水流，不是嘩啦嘩啦的漏就是滴答滴答的漏，當天下午就和前台反應過了，問題沒有得到解決，説是叫了師傅去看，去錯房間了，就沒修了😅。給老闆説了之後，十天了，等我們都回到老家了，才回了我消息🤣。床上有點潮濕，和衣睡的。其他的我們也沒用什麼東西，就不做評價了。九寨溝風景宜人，還是很值得來欣賞的。

The hotel/motel is conveniently located in Pengfeng Village - a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley Entrance. Lots of food around the hotel. The room has everything you need for the night. The boss is friendly and helpful. If you need a ride from the bus station, you can contact him. The hotel also can help with transportation and day-trip to Huanglung.
