Nice place to be with family, staffs are very helpful and polite food is very nice. Will plan my next trip to Bintan again with Natra. Thanks for the wonderful experience team Natra.

3D2N stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Complimentary shuttle bus to hotel & ferry terminal. Excellent services from all Natra Bintan hotel's staff, they were so warm & welcoming! Our room was decorated & a slice of cake was provided. Breakfast spread was gd & delicious, room was clean, staffs always make up room daily so if you do not want to make up room better put the "Do not disturb" sign on door handle. Cannot hear neighbours, but you do hear aeroplane flying noise in the middle of night, birds chipping at 6am plus so if you are a light sleeper then you might find it hard to get a gd sleep. Hotel provides buggy services to bring us to room, different parts of Treasure Bay. 20% off activities at Treasure Bay for being Natra guests. Only 3 restaurants which are at Natra, Anmon & Treasure Bay activity centre. Had western lunch at Anmon hotel once but food was average, Natra's food was much better. Will definitely consider Natra for our next Bintin trip due to the excellent staffs!

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Lovely place that is kids friendly. Lots of activities for the entire family. Food at the restaurant is great too! Recommended

The resort is very clean and near to the ferry terminal - 10 mins away. And full of family fun . Enjoy the ATV, water slide. Karaoke, mangrove kayak, water activity. Clean water in the artificial beach . Bugs free too. Highly recommended

Good resort for families. Nothing much outside the resort. 2 days staycation is more than enough. They do not allow late check-outs.

Excellent service in the resort. I asked if they could set up something complimentary for my mom's birthday and they did. A Happy Birthday banner and a small cake. Appreciate the effort. But the cake shall be improved in the texture, it's too dry. But still we are thankful. There's buggy service around the resort which makes it so convenient for my elderly mom with knee pain issue. The breakfast spread is good! On 27 July, we had a negative experience at a point. We booked a massage at D'Bintan massage outside the resort, with 2-way transport included. We booked 8.30pm and we were told to wait at the lobby area at 8.30pm. We were having our BBQ buffet dinner at The Patio, the spa girl stationed at the lobby came into the Patio restaurant, approached me at 8.20pm while we're still eating, and asked me if i booked the massage, i said yes. And she stood there looking at me. I looked at my watch and told her, i booked 8.30pm right? She looked at her watch and said "ok yes 8.30pm" and left. Just 5 mins later at 8.25pm, she came to my table again and told me, the car is waiting outside already. At that point, i felt like she was rushing us to stop eating and go now, while we're still finishing up our food, which was quite rude. If its already 8.30pm and we're still eating, she can rush us. But we still have time to finish our food! Other than this, the stay and experience was all good.

Hotel is clean and their service is great. Pool is beautiful and there are alot of activities for kids friendly but pricey abit.

I had a really great experience here. Rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is superb. Will definitely return.

The resort and facilities is self sufficient for a short 3-4days trip. Breakfast spread was good. But lunch and dinner options are not as exciting. If intend to stay long, need to explore food at other places. Service was great.

First of all, strongly recommend this resort and appreciate for the service provided during our stay. We arrived quite early that morning, when we tried to check in, I was told that our room was not ready, which I could understand due to this early timing. After that, we left the luggage at concierge and went for fun and exploration in this resort. Around 2pm, we were told that the room was still not ready and spare room would be provided to us for resting purpose. Then four hours later, we were told that the room was ready and delayed due to WIFI connection issue, furthermore, complementary upgrade of another room with jacuzzi would be also an option for us. When we had BBQ in front of our room, resort staff delivered one box of pizza with their apology letter, which made me touch and surprised. Thumb up for this friendly and attentive service!! Looking forward to the next trip there!!
