Ulasan Angsana Bintan

We stayed in the sister hotel before and the lovely beach is what brought us back. Food and service was excellent but the hotel is old and facilities visibly tired/old. We were under the impression that they were previously closed for renovations but it doesn’t look refreshed at all. For the same amount of money, there are better options on the island.

Friendly staff . Beautiful location . Unfortunately it is monsoon so no water sports . Kudos to housekeeper Edi who make sure my room is clean and well supplied with water and ice cubes .Breakfast is delicious . Menu changes with new varieties . Had our dinner at Lotus cafe . Food is good too . Saffron at Banyan Tree is good too but expensive . Went to Banyan tree for spa . Excellent massage worth the money spent . Good trip for rest and relaxation . The downside that there is no shopping and everywhere is far . The TV reception is poor and could be improved .

1st time to Bintan and distance from bintan ferry terminal to our hotel is 10-15mins drive Given free upgrade from 1 bedroom. So happy🤩. Room is clean and spacious. breakfast spread is good and has lots of variety. Good place to relax but not for shopping becos there is no mall in Bintan and u need to travel to tanjung pinang if u wanna shop but don't expect it to be like Batam.

It’s an ok hotel. Good sized room but quite outdated Service is very slow Staff are friendly Best location and good pool

We just had a very enjoyable and satisfied 2 nights stay at Angsana Bintan. All staff are very friendly, always with welcoming smiles and attentive to our needs. The services are quick and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus to ferry terminals are prompt and organized. Breakfasts are with great variety of foods and beverages, nice and delicious. All 5 of us (Myself and family) very much enjoyed our stay!! Would love to come back again in future.

Staffs are friendly and polite. Room was look nice but a lot of ants were crawling on the formula that we brought for our baby.

房間很棒，風景也美，一切都滿意，唯獨一個問題，就是低樓層容易有蟲子🦎，晚上睡覺壁虎一直叫，很吵，如果害怕的話就會很恐怖，但是除了這個以外其他的都很滿意，餐食，服務，環境，海邊（早上海邊會有很多海蔘）一切都很棒，會再來，也會推薦朋友

我們訂的最大的家庭島嶼房，院子很大，一出門就是海灘。angsana比較適合有孩子的家庭，酒店有kids club 有許多免費的課程，免費託管。

基本的にホテル内の案内がなく、全てこちらからアクションが必要。近くでコンビニ等があるか尋ねたら、隣接するホテルに簡易な売場があるのにも関わらず、最寄りはタクシーで15分と言って料金表を出すのには閉口した。 フェリー利用や観光客対応を考えるとバリ島の方が良いと思う。

Staff is 10/10 the hotel provide Free shuttle transfer to hotel from Bintan ferry terminal to hotel and back to ferry terminal. I updated hotel for my 43rd wedding anniversary and they made our day. I strongly recommend this property to each and everyone. the island chill room is twin sharing but i requested them and they joined the beds together. Fully satisfied service.

Our family of three checked into Angsana Bintan during the 3rd week of June holiday. We were pleasantly surprised that the resort was not overcrowded. The breakfast buffet spread was simple but sufficient. We booked the family island suite and was thrilled by the spacious rooms. Although there is a kitchenette, there were only teaspoons, cups and glasses available with no other utensils. Thankfully the lady in the cafe was kind enough to cut an apple for me as she could not pass me a knife. Wiwik and Suparman were welcoming despite having to climb up and down the stairs to bring us our food. Hotna and her front desk colleagues were always ready to help us with our queries. The crew that helped to clean our room were diligent and helpful too. This is a cosy resort which made us felt like we're staying in a family run place. Our unit is very near the pool and the beach. We pampered ourselves by strolling along the white sandy beach and clear seawater. My husband tried the Javanese massage and gave a thumbs-up too. Overall, this is the place for families looking for a quiet getaway, to go slow or just do nothing.
