Hotel 2 Bintang di Pulau Bintan

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

我是獨自出遊。1 來回碼頭交通：該酒店距離渡輪碼頭1.8km。從渡輪下來的時候沒打車，帶着行李走了一會，中途遇到一個度假村管理人員開着很小的車順路帶了我一程送到酒店門口了；離開的時候，酒店安排了一個出租，費用8萬盧比摺合人民幣37元，其實開車就2分鐘路程，這個費用其實有點小貴，而且費用是給到酒店方面不是直接給到司機的，估計酒店拿了提成的。1 我預訂的單人間有的有窗（也不能打開），有的沒窗，但是網站上的照片看起來是有窗的，入住後前台給我安排了一個沒窗的，於是我向攜程投訴，攜程讓我拍房間照片，上傳客服系統，攜程認為我的主張有理，協調後，客服給我換到了一個有窗的邊角的單人間，我覺得還可以接受。2 房間的確較小，28寸大箱子打開後，過道就堵塞了，這個也符合預期，畢竟是經濟酒店的單人間嘛。房間也是沒有冰箱的。 3 早餐，客人少的時候，要預約時間（地方時間最早8點開始早餐，而其實在新加坡這時已經9點了，天早就亮了）和選擇類型，人多的時候，是自助早餐，兩種情況我都遇到了 4 該酒店沒有自行車提供給客人使用，所以外出很不方便，客服給我租賃了加汽油的摩託車（估計是當地人有空暫時不用的），每天30萬盧比（摺合人民幣140元每天），我覺得這個價格是峇里島兩倍了。但是客服説在民丹島差不多就是這個價。也許峇里島人口稠密，遊客很多，所以有不少摩託車租賃店，民丹島度假區根本沒有這種專門的店，推測應該就是酒店找當地人借的摩託拿來租給客户的。我租賃了2天，每天騎行100多公里，中途體驗了在正式的加油站加油，在小賣部用簡易玻璃罐加油，購買大瓶1.5升裝汽油用漏斗加油三種形式。第一天去了南邊的藍湖沙丘、民丹山邊一個Cilff Cafe（懸崖餐廳午餐，是個制高點，可以看到民丹山景）、丹絨檳榔（在那裡找個了按摩，90分鐘25萬盧比摺合人民幣120元，比較便宜，不過沒有單獨房間，都是拉着簾子隔開、鋪在地上的墊子，印尼大媽按摩），第二天去了東邊的Trikora海灘看了許多沙灘上的水上人家，還去了東北角紅樹林邊上的PANLONG漁村（海上吉普賽人），然後去了北邊度假區的Lagoi湖、水庫、Lagoi沙灘，這裏都是開放的，晚上去了娜灣花園那邊，可惜KELONG海鮮餐廳週一關門我不知道，沒吃上海鮮。衹要説進去吃飯，度假村門口的保安就會放行，所以沙灘你也可以去的！ 5 路上遇到有一些人是租賃了山地自行車騎行之旅，會有服務車輛跟着騎行者，但這速度比我的摩託慢多了，實際上不適合遊覽景點，而且在民丹島很曬的喔！防曬霜猛擦也防不住曬黑啊！還是別騎行了！ 5 酒店所在是一個小聚落，有當地人吃飯的食閣food court,小超市，還有2家按摩店，不過按摩價格都是跟度假區一樣定價的，是丹絨檳榔當地按摩店的2-3倍了。這個小聚落的南面就是紅樹林之旅（白天乘船）、螢火蟲之旅（夜間乘船），我騎摩託2天，經過了很多橋樑、河流、海灘，看了太多的紅樹林了，於是就沒去參加這個船上的紅樹林之旅了。 最後再次説一下重點的建議！如果酒店免費給客户提供自行車，那就方便了，客户可以騎着去臨近的寶藏灣和美麗的潟湖泳池（Anmon安夢度假村的配套），買票就能進去享受和游泳！客人也可以騎行到Lagoi湖、水庫和Lagoi沙灘，這裏也是開放的；客人也可以起到娜灣花園到海灘以及去Kelong餐廳吃海鮮，這樣實際上度假區的核心配套也都能享受到。民丹島度假區是印尼委託新加坡管理的，本身區域挺小，租賃摩託的話，價格顯得貴了，並不划算，而步行又顯得太大了。所以，沒有免費自行車，客人哪兒也去不了，是個重大遺憾。建議酒店方面後續考慮到。

If you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang!
