Hotel 3 Bintang di Morelos, Mexico

Nice, clean, and modern hotel. Great location.Good food and excellent But noisy and noisy guests. No hair dryers in the bedrooms.

Estuvo bien en general. La ubicación fue lo mejor, en 10 min caminando estábamos ya en el centro. Pocas amenidades y la limpieza creo que podría haber sido mejor.

We made a quick 3 day trip to Cuernavaca and we were looking for a clean comfortable hotel near by to local attractions. We chose this, and were pleased with our choice. First, the staff was delightful in every way possible. That is always a huge benefit when visiting a non-english speaking country, given our limited Spanish. The property was very well maintained, and our room was spacious and very comfortable, including the ever important mattress and bed. We slept very well! There are 2 very nice pools on the grounds, and our room (334) overlooked the main pool with a somewhat obstructed view (but we did not expect or pay for any poolside view). The main pool has an adjacent tiki bar for beverages. The breakfast is served seated outside, and adjacent to the main pool. Breakfast is really a bountiful assortment of traditional hot foods. Several beverages included as well. Some rooms are breakfast included. Ours was not, but we chose to have breakfast one of our morning while there. It was quite delicious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are many peaceful areas to relax in the outdoors. There is not a lot in the immediate area, however everything is close and inexpensive via taxi. Our taxi ride from the bus station, and ten a taxi to city center was 60 Pesos each. Then again you could spend the better part of a day just relaxing at the property itself. The free wifi provided a strong signal. Note that this Holiday Inn is not a gigantic property, but more of a very nice “micro-resort”. We were there as a couple, but it is also a very family friendly property. We felt safe walking around the immediate area, but it's not in an economically flourishing area. There are a few decent restaurants and 2 convenience stores (one is a 7-11) close by. We also found an incredibly fabulous local bakery a few minute walk away. The street are narrow, and the sidewalks are co**** cobble stone, making walking a small challenge. But this is mostly true central-city wide. Keep in mind Cuernavaca is an old city, you are not in Cancun, Cabo or a luxury sea-side location. Our room was affordable, and met or exceeded our every expectation.

Es un hotel súper cómodo para estancias cortas. Todas las instalaciones están limpias todo el tiempo y el personal se mostró amable en todo momento. las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero son acogedoras y cómodas (espacio para maletas perfecto).

Los cuartos son como casitas, y para llegar, caminas por un paseo de flores y bugambilias. Aire fresco, un ambiente familiar. Fue un lugar muy bueno para ir a hacer el duelo del fallecimiento de mi padre. El cuarto y cama cómodos. No es nada de lujo, pero muy agradable y casero. Definitivamente regresaría aquí con familia, ya qué hay algo para todos. Mini golf, temazcal, masajes, y salón de belleza. El desayuno al aire libre fue muy agradable, y todo el personal muy amable y atento. Solo quitaría a la cantante, porque canta a gritos. Descubrimos la hora de su llegada para desayunar antes e irnos antes de que empezaba a cantar. Este lugar se presta por lo lindo al silencio, algo que ya no se valora. El desayuno artesanal con café de olla y chocolate fue lo máximo. Las opciones calientes del bufete ya preparado se veían horribles. Pero la señora que hacía quesadillas azules de flor de calabaza y queso Oaxaca fue excepcional. Ver niños comer waffles con M&M,s me dio lástima, pero si me lleve un algodón de azúcar rosado. La comida del restaurante de arriba está horrible, pero la vista es espectacular.
