Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Bintulu

Hotel Jinhold Apartments sebenarnya sangat bagus dan bersih.. Kakitangan juga sangat mesra. Selepas check in menyatakan bahawa aircond tidak berfungsi..call customer service dan sedih menunggu hampir 1jam untuk technician datang dan check. Kemudian semuanya baik-baik saja selepas itu. 3 jam selepas itu, sekali lagi aircond tidak berfungsi lagi.. selesai laporan saya.. dan mereka memutuskan untuk menukar bilik saya..

Masuk je level 4 dah bau rokok. Dalam bilik pun bau rokok. Bilik ok cuma agak lama semua perabot. Pintu almari peti sejuk rosak. Battery remote tv cover pun asik tercabut but kuddos to housekeeper n receptionist team sebab bagi service yg terbaik. Actually my hp tertinggal but they managed to find. Tq for the ppl tht involved

I stayed for 4 nights. The room is very big & spacious with all the basic amenities. I was given a room facing the sea. The bed was quite comfortable. Not much choice of tv channels. Since I was on official trip, I needed to be in contact with my office at all time during office hours but the WiFi connection was very bad. My telco network reception is quite poor too (of course not the hotel’s fault but was hoping the WiFi to be efficient). The foods are quite disappointing. The staff on the other hands were quite pleasant, friendly & helpful. Understood that it took them quite sometimes to make up the room because the hotel is 1 of the quarantine hotels so they missed out cleaning the room I was at the day before my check out. Plus point is the rooftop. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop

Great hospitality, spent 15 nights there for quarantine and everything was good from food, bed, toilets. Everything was clean and comfy, perfect for a short getaway. Was sent food every few hours too during the quarantine! The food was so-so but overall it was a truly amazing experience.

Pertama kali fikir, hotek ini bagus. Nampak dekat lobby nampak cantik. Apabila sampai ke bilik nampak ada kekurangan dia. Masih ada tin minuman, habuk rokok dekat tingkap. Dengan kata lain tidak seperti yang kita fikirkan. Kadang2 bagus lagi hotel yang murah dengan kualiti terbaik. Walau apapun, front door dan kaunter checkin melakukan tugasan kerja yang terbaik. Saya berpuas hati dengan layanan mereka.

Stunning location. No beach though. And that is it. Hotel is not maintained at all, bordering on being unsafe. Rooms dirty, equipment not in good order and not working. Staff are as help-full as they can be. But obviously limited by bad management. I asked a staff member if they are happy to work there. They could not answer me. Not recommended. This is becoming an embarrassment for the Sarawak state. Stay in Bintulu or Miri and travel if you have to work in and around Samalaju Industrial Park.

What can I say, this hotel exerts my expectation. It is spacious, clean, very hospitable and value for money. Our family arrive quite late to the hotel after after having our dinner. To be welcome so warmly after a tiring day of travelling is indeed a plus. Check in was fast and non hassle. Room was seriously big and the warm pressurized shower was amazing. If I had 1 complain it would be the bed is a bit hard for my liking but that would be it. Breakfast was also good, quite surprise that they even provide premium grade sausages. Not those thin ones. Kuddos! Paddy Cafe House,please keep it up. I will definely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will definitely make this hotel our go to should we be in Bintulu.
