Hotel was in right location for my trip and staff was very helpful at all times and also book taxi for us which was no trouble to them . I will be booking this hotel next time we go to Birmingham.

Stayed here as I have done previously and found the hotel welcoming and clean. Great breakfast and comfy beds. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for their guests.

Noisy! People must be currently living there! Doors to rooms left open, with people running between rooms, tvs loud and stinks! Soap dispensers didn’t work in bathroom and main light didn’t work. Couldn’t fix anything when raised. Breakfast was poor for the money, be better off using Sainsbury’s over the road!

Probably the best Birmingham Travelodge for free parking, and a good public transport link to the city centre. Private and common areas clean and tidy. Staff were attentive and helpful, in particular Tina who went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with my Travelodge experience.

Stayed for 2 nights (11/12 November) whilst visiting NEC and friends in Birmingham. Sean friendly, helpful, and professional on check-in. Parking no problem. Room (220) clean' warm and comfortable. Good nights sleep and an acceptable price for Birmingham. What more can you ask from a Travelodge.

When I arrived at the hotel I was it expecting a great stay as it appeared drab, ut looks were deceptive. The food was good, the room was clean and warm and comfortable…. It the staff were ALL superb. Travelodge have upped their game and the staff here were all great hires! I will be back

Was a return stay here for me with work after not being here for a very long time and the stay was as good as it always used to be. Room was clean,warm and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and helpful especially Lucy the lady on reception.
