バーミンガムシティ中央にあるセントポール大聖堂の真向かいです。まわりには高級レストランやデパート、一本通りを変えればパブやカフェなど賑やかです。チェックイン時、私の日本アクセントと受付男性の南米アクセントでコミュニケーションが上手くとれなかったせいか、横柄な対応を感じました。ホテルは部屋もレストランも歴史的建造物だけあって素晴らしいです。部屋のバスルームが広くて気に入りました。

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was clean with a convenient kitchenette. The polite staff and effective security system made me feel safe. The hotel's location was easily accessible, and nearby amenities were within walking distance. It would be great to have a cash machine on-site for tourists. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Tidak mencapai standard 4*, mesti berdagang atas namanya. Bilik air kotor, bukti kawasan yang tidak pernah dibersihkan sejak ia ditubuhkan; tiada berus tandas, tanda kelabu pada tuala putih, kakitangan yang mesra walaupun permintaan untuk perkhidmatan bilik pada pukul 10.30 malam telah dilupakan kerana chef mencatat masa pada pukul 23.00. Dibiarkan agak Kecewa & lapar. Sarapan pagi adalah menyeronokkan dan sekali lagi kakitangan yang ramah.

The air conditioner / heater and cold shower around 11.00 am made me very unwell. I caught a terrible cold and so would suggest these are looked into. Other than that, the stay was lovely. Lovely location, staff and stay. Thank you.

I stopped here one night with friends for my birthday. The hotel is easy to get to, and the location is excellent as it’s located on Broad Street, near Brindley Place which hosts a wide range of bars and pubs. So if you’re visiting Birmingham to have a drunken, night out or a special occasion then this hotel is perfect. There’s also parking on site behind the hotel which is very handy, unfortunately the car park isn’t discounted for guests stopping in the hotel. After waiting in a small queue, we attempted to check in at 14:30 (half hour earlier than check in ‘opens’) we were told the room wasn’t ready. Which wasn’t an issue as they had luggage storage available. We can back to check in at 16:00 and the queue was horrendous. I’ve never seen a queue as big as this to check in for a hotel before. We waited for 20 minutes until we checked in. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Although there were coffee cups left behind the curtains upon entry. The bathroom was very modern and had a walk in shower. The beds were unbelievably comfy and had plug sockets by the side of the bed which is a massive plus as not every hotel has this. Luckily, it was a quicker process checking out as you can just pop your keys in the ‘express checkout box’. Overall, a comfortable night stay in the heart of Birmingham, unfortunately the check in was horrific.

A very central location, with superb breakfast. We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough). Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door. Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding). Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

Amazing customer service from Christina allowing an early check in. Room clean and tidy and bottles of still/sparkling water in the fridge. Was slightly loud banging doors about 1-3am from late revellers but nothing too bad. Breakfast delicious- fresh homemade waffle and omelettes Drink prices very reasonable priced

I went to afternoon tea for a 70th birthday today. The experience was amazing from start to finish. They treated all of us like royalty especially the birthday lady. Having our own room. Which had been decorated. Walking into the room on our very own red carpet. The hosts Julell, Jose and Niu were lovely. Making the afternoon a very memorable time. They could not do enough for us all. Topping up our tea and making sure everything was okay. The food was exceptional too, I will definately be recommending to my friends. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. See you again soon xxx
