This hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms. However, there is no room service available. When ordering food, you have to pick it up from the reception, and the quality is average for the price, making the dining experience less than ideal.

The hotel is really great and you receive a service of more than 3 stars. Very clean. Nearby tram and bus

The location is bang in the middle of the city centre so it is well connected. Check in was smooth and we were allotted a room with an amazing view. There are additional amenities like a locker as well as an ironing board in the room. The breakfast spread had a delicious range from bakery, cereals, fruits, even waffles!! Overall, a lovely stay at Hampton😊

The breakfast is very good as there is a waffle machine, with two different favours, original & winter spice!

Lovely stay. We’ve been there for a night and we loved it. Very clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast could be better but for the price paid, it was decent.

Quite expensive for a country side hotel but the room was clean. The buffet breakfast takes time to replenish the food and we cleared up the table so we can sit because the staff were so busy clearing up other tables. There’s not enough Coffee cups, forks, knives on the service table.

Two fire alarms one at 1:15am for 5 mins and one at 2am for half an hour couldn't really be helped but ruined our night... Then breakfast is so incredibly poorly organised that I wish I just went to Greg's, they need to reorder the breakfast area so people queuing for drinks don't block people queuing for food, and they need people there to guide people through the breakfast area. All together an expensive bed for a night of barely any sleep Not happy

The staff were polite and friendly, the location was great as right near the arena. We were given a disabled room which was large and on the 4th floor as I requested a low floor. However, I had no sleep as net curtains up and blind didn’t pull down. Also, breakfast was fairly chaotic the next morning. You literally have to do everything yourself eg make your own hot drinks, roast your bread. I personally prefer it cooked to order or at least for them to bring you toast and coffee, which is what I’d expect for nearly £150 for the night. Overall, I think it’s overpriced and I would not stay here again!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Stayed with my daughter on a Sunday night after Disney on Ice at the nearby Utilita arena. Such lovely staff on reception desk! They let us check in early so my daughter could change into her Elsa dress which was much appreciated. Room on 16th floor and we both slept like logs!! Breakfast was amazing. My daughter had a huge waffle from the waffle maker; the stuff of kids’ dreams! I just asked her what she thought of the hotel and she said ‘it was fantastic and awesomely good!’ 😍

Big and clean room with ensuite bathroom, loved the view. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only inconvenience was the noise or rather vibrations coming from the night club on the street level that could be noticeable despite the room being on the 7th floor.

Great location, an easy walk to the city centre. Great selection for breakfast and plentiful. Would recommend.

Express hotel without refrigerator. Room price is reasonable and staff are nice. Car park is at the back street of the hotel, not easy to find.

Good location Customer service lacking Parking is discounted to £15 for overnight stay. Sofa bed not fit or comfortable. Breakfast is good with a variety of options.

The room is nice but it gets noisy at night due to the pub on the ground floor.
