Very nice room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was large had the right temperature. The gym is spacious with all the right equipment. Morning breakfast was excellent choices. If you are a runner there are two parks nearby to run. Use the motorbike lanes to run for in the early morning.

Very clean room and good services. But air conditioner does not change to cool. Very hot wind even change to cool mode. Others very good room.

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent. Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution. Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

Nice hotel, friendly staffs, very convenience location.

We had a great weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (but didn't get to try the sauna or steam room). It's in a great area near some good restaurants.

Nice clean hotel in good location near 1912 hefei retail center. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staffs are nice. Will visit again

I was greeted by Lisa who is extremely helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded and the amenities were great. I was gifted a beverage voucher and free breakfast that was top class. Upon arrival in the dining hall I was offered coffee and had a proper spead of breakfast food choices. It was a blissful experience!

It was my first time to stay in this hotel here in Hefei. I used to stayed in other two hotels here but Crown Plaza Hotel provides me a perfect experience!!! I really love the indoor pool and the environment.
