the room is good enough for 3 persons, though the sofa beds are actually smaller than the photos. well equipped with 2 head cooking hobs, small fridge, dish washer, microwave with grill function and sufficient utensils, and also instant coffee were provided. the water pressure of the shower is super good and water is hot enough but the toilet is a bit small, you have to hide just next to the toilet bowl then you have enough space to open the door. The down side is the service of the reception & housekeeping team. After we got the room cards, we couldn't access to the room and needed to go down to ask the receptionist to fix the cards and come back to open the room. After entered the room, we found that the water in toilet sink didn't go, we asked the housekeeping staff who was just working at the next room to have a look at it but who said we needed to go to the receptionist (as there's no inter-room telephone, we have to go down again). Then the receptionist arranged another room which was downstairs for us. We booked for 2 nights, when we came back to the hotel the next evening, the room cards didn't work, again. The receptionist claimed that it might be due to the cards being put together with the mobile phone that might damage the cards. However, we were sure the cards weren't put together with the phones! It would be perfect if a small box of tissue could be provided.

Got a great discount for a last minute trip to Birmingham! Room for 4 people but only two of us ended up going. Very clean room, friendly staff. Close to the city centre! Easy accessible from the m6. The carpark is a good price for the location. It was great to have two rooms, and have a job, mini fridge and table to sit out! Highly recommend.

Best stay in the UK so far, its affordable for families and my stay was very comfortable…the reception was so helpful on EVERYTHING 💙parking was convenient…The amenities 11/10🤩 everything was included dishwasher, hob, pans, spoons, both AC & heater was in the unit…AMAZING💌 and to top it all off being a creative i absolutely adore the attention to detail and design of the place😌↕️ would definitely book another stay with Staycity😊

Friendly staff with clean rooms.The kitchenette was good together with a fridge and a washing machine. It took 15 minutes walk to the Birmingham New Street Train Station with up and downs along the road. However the hotel was located near the canal and the Central library. Restaurants and bars were easily found close to the hotel. Recommended when the budget is your concern.

This hotel was disappointing considering the high price tag. The rooms were dusty and my daughter ended up sick for most of the duration here. In the bathroom, they provide a soap that is expected to be Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. The bare minimum at hotels is a shampoo and Body Wash. When I requested towels and toilet paper, it took them over 2 hours (after having to ask multiple times). I would not stay here again

Lovely clean apartment, in great location close to the arena and centre. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

nice room good location and friendly staff only down side was the room had a frowsy smell so had to open the window and the remote was sticky😕 other than that would stay again

Very cutesy, very homelike and generally a great stay. The breakfast was quite basic and a bit cold, but staff were very helpful and friendly.
