Staff hospitality is excellent.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!

The room was quite small for the price, leaving little room for movement. Booking via Ctrip was very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the local restaurants are reasonably priced.

The hotel's front desk service is very enthusiastic, responsible, and patient in answering questions. The service is first-class. The west side of Kaoma Road is a bit noisy and the windows cannot be opened.

When checking in, they said there were no standard rooms left and we had to pay extra with a discount for a "junior suite". The rooms are old, the TV is from the time of dinosaurs. There were no dental supplies in the room, etc. We had to ask for everything. The pillows smelled of women's perfume. The air conditioning does not work well, it is hot. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, but the rooms are terrible. At 2 am, a hotel employee knocked on the door and said he brought robes, although we did not order them.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, but the rooms are a bit "tired". The hotel is located in the very center of Bishkek, within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Located in the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Bishkek. This hotel is considered the most luxurious entertainment venue in the entire Central Asia.

This was the best hotel in Bishkek. I have been to many other hotels, but this was the best value for money and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent.
