A very good trip, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is very rich, there is a garden next to it, it is very close to the attractions, and the location is very good 

Great welcome with free upgrade offered by them. The welcome cocktail at the bar is always appreciated but half of the drinks on the menu were not available. The gym and pool are at a great level. The structure is very spacious. Very good rooms even if you can see that they are already a few years old. Very good 24h room service, the food ordered was excellent. The only flaw, the bar does not have a smoking section but this is common in Algeria. Summing up however the room does not offer anything special for the (official) price paid, so it is too expensive for the type of structure and service offered.

The hotel environment is OK, but there is definitely a gap compared to domestic ones.

The hotel is large enough, and the location and environment are impeccable. But the experience is totally mismatched with the price, and there is no service from a five-star hotel. First, when I took a shower on the first day of my stay, the shower gel and shampoo were empty, and later I saw that the hand soap was also empty; Second, after taking a shower and blowing my hair, the hair dryer was broken and did not work; Third, I called to report the above things, and someone came to send a hair dryer, but no one came to add the shower supplies after staying for a few days, and I was too lazy to question them; Fourth, we lived on the second floor, and there was their bar under the window, **Every night at 4 o'clock, the music started banging until midnight; Fifth, the hygiene was too average, and I dared not use the water cup; Sixth, no one came to ask for orders when you sat down in the lobby cafe, and you were treated like air; Seventh, although it was standard, it was far from what a five-star hotel should have. In short, the price of a five-star hotel is a seven-day experience in China.
