Great service, clean room and good location. Pretty reasonable place to stay.

First hostel I ever stayed at and it was comfortable and cozy. I liked the location, it’s near the railways, so you can actually see and hear the trains go by. Nicely furnished and designed, everything is super clean. You will definitely like staying there. Home-like atmosphere, welcoming staff, snacks, books, and Netflix available! Surely would stay there next time.

My friend had lost her luggage and needed some help to contact the airport / airlines. The receptionists were extremely helpful and active in reaching out to all channels available. Even after we checked out, they helped us to follow up. Was a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

Здесь останавливаются путешественники из Европы и других стран, поэтому это отличное место, чтобы обрести новые знакомства. THERE'S A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND, WE REPEAT A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND! What a welcome to the hostel to walk through the gates and look to your left to see a f*****g yurt, absolute belter! There may not be an abundance of apples situated around Apple Hostel but there's a yurt! Apple Hostel, situated west of the Western Bus Station in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan is in such a quality location. You come off a long bus ride from Tashkent, walk west for 2 mins and hiya pal you're being welcomed by the yurt. Take the Matrushka from Almaty, Kazakhstan and hiya gal pals you're in the Apple hostel compound. The Western Bus Station may not be located in downtown Bishkek (aye no s**t loser travels it's called western for a reason), but it's not far from quite a few attractions. From Apple Hostel to the notable Osh Bazaar it's only a 25-minute walk and after buying yourself a cute Kalpak to show off to the girlies back home, you can walk the same amount of time to downtown Bishkek. check out losertravels.com for the full review!

Обычно останавливаюсь во всех поездках. Хотя как останавливаюсь…. по факту живу по 7-14 дней. Всё, как всегда. Отличия отеля в Бишкеке это не внимательность персонала к уборке номеров. Окна с улицы в отеле откровенно грязные. Как-то день были проблемы с горячей водой. Зато есть YouTube на телевизоре и хороший Wi-fi. Наверху отеля вполне себе хороший ресторан, но с нюансами обслуживания. Весь персонал говорит на русском и вполне на английском. Гости, приятные люди. Ни разу не видел ни одной конфликтной ситуации. С завтраком конечно было не понимание, зачем фреш разбавлять пакетированным соком… Но в целом всё вполне не плохо. Во всяком случае переезжать в другой отель, желания не было.

My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.
