Отдельное спасибо администрации отеля . При отъезде в спешке забыли бумажник с наличкой - о чем незамедлительно были поставлены в известность , и уже дома на другой день получили нашу пропажу . Обычно останавливаюсь во всех поездках. Хотя как останавливаюсь…. по факту живу по 7-14 дней. Всё, как всегда. Отличия отеля в Бишкеке это не внимательность персонала к уборке номеров. Окна с улицы в отеле откровенно грязные. Как-то день были проблемы с горячей водой. Зато есть YouTube на телевизоре и хороший Wi-fi. Наверху отеля вполне себе хороший ресторан, но с нюансами обслуживания. Весь персонал говорит на русском и вполне на английском. Гости, приятные люди. Ни разу не видел ни одной конфликтной ситуации. С завтраком конечно было не понимание, зачем фреш разбавлять пакетированным соком… Но в целом всё вполне не плохо. Во всяком случае переезжать в другой отель, желания не было.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

За эти деньги был предоставлен великолепный номер а также включены завтраки. В номере качественный ремонт и отделка. Хорошая большая мягкая кровать, панорамные окна, кондиционер, хорошая дорогая мебель, отличная ванна. А также все расходники: мыло, шампунь, халаты, полотенце. Всем рекомендую, сервис отличный6 обязательно приеду еще раз.

Забронировал отель из за расположения , он практически в центре . Сейчас уже понимаю , что в Бишкеке надо брать отели ближе к горам , не стоит брать в центре . (Очень шумно и много пыли ) У отеля плохая звукоизоляция : и от внешнего шума и от внутренних звуков . Номер: большой , чистый , но ... мое впечатления - не уютный . Есть ряд замечаний к номеру : очень сложно отрегулировать воду , не очень удобный матрас , Маленькая и неудобная раковина . Завтраки - очень и очень скудные ... Персонал - обучен , старателен , реагирует на просьбы гостей . Общее впечатление : при отсутствии альтернативы - можно пару дней пожить , но если есть варианты лучше - я бы выбрал бы другой отель !

Wir hatten im Rahmen einer Rundreise 3 Übernachtungen im Plaza Hotel und bewohnten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer in der 4. Etage, das hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Komfort keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der Schlafkomfort war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Während unserer Reise durch Mittelasien gab es nirgendwo ein vergleichbar gutes und vielseitiges Frühstücksbüfett. Die Preise im Restaurant und an der Bar waren sehr moderat. Wir empfehlen das Plaza Hotel ohne Vorbehalt weiter.

I last wrote about this hotel in June 2019, so I felt it was time for an update. Looking through recent TripAdvisor reviews, I see much of my work has been done for me. Just last month, Hashmat Singh did an excellent job of capturing many of the details I would otherwise have included. I will try to supplement his and the many other glowing reviews, rather than repeat them. The good news is that not much has changed over the years since my last (pre-Covid) visit. Solutel continues to provide excellent accommodations and top-notch service at very competitive prices. The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, so you can sleep with the windows open to the fresh mountain air without worrying about late-night sirens or early morning traffic noise. Blackout curtains keep the early morning sun at bay until it is invited. The air conditioning is whisper quiet, not one of those noisy window units. The location allows easy walking access to much of the downtown area. But Bishkek has grown considerably over the years, and new restaurant offerings are continually popping up, some of the more interesting ones being found in the suburbs. Taxis can be ordered at the front desk, and are inexpensive by Western standards. A recent trip to a restaurant took about 25 minutes by taxi (due to traffic issues) and the fare was 200 som ($2.50). As others have said, rooms are well-appointed with luxuries such as “King” beds that are made of two standard mattresses, heated bathroom floors, bidets (which will spoil Americans once they get used to the feeling of being fresh and clean), reading lamps bedside, in-room safes, free in-room Wi-Fi, blackout curtains and modern windows that open, HDTVs, etc. On the downside, TV content at the moment is mainly Russian content in the Russian language. In anticipation of this, I brought my Roku streaming device, which works well when plugged into the same HDMI socket as the hotel uses for TV. However, all hotel outlets are 220 volt. To my surprise the Roku box is 115 volt, so I had to locally buy an 80-watt converter and an adapter to use it ($20 for all). The included breakfasts are great, as they can accommodate many individual tastes and time-zones. For those that arrived in the wee hours of the morning, they will be looking for dinner fare more so than breakfast fare. For those of us that have multi-week stays, we can gradually transition from dinner to breakfast fare each morning. The breakfast area is modern and bright, and there’s an outdoor patio for those that prefer alfresco meals aside garden views with snow capped mountain glimpses. Staff members are all eager to provide genuine Kyrgyz hospitality. Kudos to management for providing a pleasant team-oriented working environment and being supportive during the difficult Covid times. (Note that Bishkek, rightly or wrongly, is entirely mask-free now.) My wife and I were surprised how many familiar faces we encountered on this trip. Zamir was a sommelier three years ago

This is strong local hotel in a good location. We had a large room on the first floor at the front of the hotel. Twin beds which were comfortable and an en suite shower room with a hot water boiler in the room - made a strange noise but didn't stop me sleeping! Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Best thing about the hotel is the small courtyard garden at the back, lovely for a shady sit. Breakfast buffet has something for western and local tastes - enjoyed home made jam and cakes. Bananas and boiled eggs to fill you up! Location of the hotel is great. There is a small supermarket across the road and up a bit. A pub is on the same side of road one block up. You can walk into the city from here. We also walked to the market too. A good base from which to explore Bishkek and from which to see more of the country.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly and attentive English-speaking staff who helped with our luggage on arrival and arranged a taxi for our onward journey on departure. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was huge and very comfortable indeed. The whole hotel is decorated and furnished to a high standard and a great deal of thought has clearly gone into its design. The location is fantastic, very central so we could walk everywhere from it. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would have happily stayed for longer.

Отличный отель. Весь в зелени, в центре Бишкека, удобно расположен, тихо, спокойно, безопасно, уютно. Хорошие, свежие завтраки, хорошая выпечка, всегда повара пекут все сами ежедневно, идеальное соотношение цена/качество. В отеле есть два конференц-зала, лаундж зона, открытая веранда. В санузел всегда дают шампунь, гель для душа, туалетное мыло. Очень чисто, уютно, все продумано. В номере хорошо все продумано: две кровати, два стула, стол, электрический чайник, чашки с блюдами, стаканы, холодильник, фен, кондиционер, телевизор, телефон. Ежедневно даётся питьевая вода, чай. Рекомендую остановиться в этом прекрасном, колоритно, сказочно отеле !

We have stayed at the Oasis Residence Hotel for four nights twice. Before and after our 9-day horseback riding tour. It was the right choice. And next time we will stay here again. Very good hotel in stil central location. New modern hotel, with large rooms and attractive facilities. Spacious and clean bathroom with large shower. Big and comfortable beds. A table with 2 chairs and an armchair. Air conditioning and window to open. Very nice, informative and helpful staff. 24 hour reception. Very good and rich breakfast from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. Always freshly prepared when the guest arrives at restaurant. Very good restaurant also for lunch and dinner. Freshly prepared local and international specialities. Luggage storage possible. Highly recommended hotel in Bishkek.

GOOD THINGS: they speak english, it's silent because you don't hear a thing from the outside, good location, for the local cleaning standards it's quite clean, they have nice sweets at the entrance and it's very good looking place. BAD THINGS: it's super noisy because you hear everything from the inside, it's a small hotel and people do not respect other's resting time. Not even the lady at the reception during night, she was moving all the cleaning stuff at 2am for a long time, I had to get up and go see what was going on, when she saw me she laughed and said ”sorry” but did not stop making noise. This was unacceptable for me, she knew we were checking out really early in the morning. But also, people were talking in the corridor and closing doors really hardly every night. Don't expect to be able to sleep quietly. And lastly, the shower drain was fully blocked the entire time.

A nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a Central Asia tour. The hotel is modern and clean. My room is huge!! Big bed, large bathroom with bidet, hot water kettle, safe, mini-fridge, even a nice balcony. I arrived at 2am after a long flight and the staff was friendly and efficient in gettmg me into my room with no hassles. Breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, juices and cooked to order egg options. I only hope the rest of my trip has hotels like B Hotel here in Bishkek. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location on a quiet street is walking distance close to popular attractions and beautiful parks. Very impressed. I would stay in this hotel any time.

All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Comfy shared rooms, very warm lighting paired with wood paneling, you can tell much love has gone into designing the place and the service! Breakfast is varied and very filling, quick laundry service and a lot of dedication to help me out with cabs and translation (had to change my flight and my Russian and Kyrgyz are non-existant) All in all, a great value for money stay and walking distance (15 min leisurely pace) from Osh Bazaar. Not a party hostel but a great place to relax and unwind after a long trip up in the mountains or when you've just arrived and are getting ready for your Kyrgyz adventure!

This is strong local hotel in a good location. We had a large room on the first floor at the front of the hotel. Twin beds which were comfortable and an en suite shower room with a hot water boiler in the room - made a strange noise but didn't stop me sleeping! Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Best thing about the hotel is the small courtyard garden at the back, lovely for a shady sit. Breakfast buffet has something for western and local tastes - enjoyed home made jam and cakes. Bananas and boiled eggs to fill you up! Location of the hotel is great. There is a small supermarket across the road and up a bit. A pub is on the same side of road one block up. You can walk into the city from here. We also walked to the market too. A good base from which to explore Bishkek and from which to see more of the country.
