"Modern, new and well renovated hotel located in a busy area that offers many food options within walking distance. What I found was the basin tap was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in, and the air con is so noisy that we need to switch it off when we sleep."

"A wonderful hotel with a new renovation, excellent service staff (especially the reception girls and all the security guards), everything is top notch! A nice restaurant with a summer terrace. "Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service."

"My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city."

"I specifically chose a hotel that had just been renovated and opened in July 2025. It truly lived up to my expectations, exceeding them by far. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, everything brand new. The staff were all Chinese, and they served Chinese breakfast. They even had Hunan stir-fried dishes on the basement floor. It felt just like a business trip in China. I felt incredibly happy. The front desk staff even took the initiative to carry my luggage to the car. A five-star rating is a must. Recommended"

"Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. Rooms nice and well equipped, staff fabolous above all receptionist Dimitri always eager for help. Breakfast buffet but food delicious and a 24 hours coffee and hot drinks avaible"

"I assume the hotel is still new. Interior is nice and they have a small common area outside for bbqs or small gatherings. Everything from the reception was great, we even got to check in early. Extra points for the bedding, they were super soft i had the best sleep 😍"
