Brilliant location very close to the south pier and the beach. The apartment had everything you could need and more. Kids loved the smart TVs in there rooms. The hosts were fantastic, messaged all the information before hand. It was a home away from home

Similar to the reviews below I had secured and paid in full a booking for three nights, many months in advance of our July stay. Six weeks before the booking I received a poorly worded message stating that there had been a change in management and they wanted a further £200 or would cancel the booking. I immediately thought it was a scam and reported it to the booking site. They cancelled the booking as I refused to pay more for a booking which meant I needed to find somewhere else at short notice.

Scammers and rude! We have never experienced customer service like this. All of a sudden wanting hundreds of pounds extra on top of what we have already paid to our exisiting booking months ago, no other business would do this. Avoid at all costs

Would of given 0 rsting if could, Well, where do I start I originally reserved this property back in January and paid in full April. Only to be phoned to be asked to pay more money! Apparently the property had changed hands and the money I had paid through a third party was wrong! I thought it was a scam so asked them to email me details so I could see.. I later got a message from the third party to say they were cancelling my booking that is in 2 weeks time. They fully refunded me (well in the process off) I'm now out of pocket to find another acomadation it was all booked for a suprise for my child's Birthday and had been looking forward to it for months. Now ruined!! They haven't bothered responding to my messages and helping me. I think if you have any sense stay away from here I was really reluctant from reading the bad reviews but most people are quick to complain but never praise. Well in this case I think I've had a lucky escape. Please don't book here save yourself the time trouble and stress! Cu n#ts is the only word I can use.

Absolutely amazing stay at the place. Accomodation was lovely and comfortable and Dean who I was in communication with was fantastic. Great location aswell . Very clean. It's also great to have parking with the property especially when your in Blackpool

Apartment 4, avoid!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Paid for apartment to sleep 6, 2 double beds and sofa bed but the sofa bed was completely broken which meant having to sleep on a basic airbed without proper bedding! No warning of this, when trying to communicate with those running it, they were the most rude people I’ve ever had to deal with on a holiday, told us we were lucky they didn’t just cancel our break while we were on our way and it wasn’t their problem. Told us it had happened that day but visitor book said otherwise and there were sharp, dangerous bits of frame sticking out all over the place. Water tank was extremely noisy every time any tap was turned on or the toilet was flushed it kept wake everyone up including our 1 year old. Dangerous for children as many of the carpet grippers were exposed around the edges of the room like the carpet had shrunk. Would never give them my money again, just couldn’t get over how they spoke to us like we should count ourselves lucky they let us stay there, appalling and unprofessional! The only positive was that the hotel was in a good location. Seems good on arrival but horrendous if you have any issue that needs resolving.

After my husband booking this on *********** for a couple of nights away as a family I was anxious due to some of the reviews on this platform, I need not have worried! We arrived around 6 hours early for check-in but messaged the phone number and they instantly got back to us with a place for us to park at the accommodation until the check in time, perfect! After a day out we arrived around 30 minutes before check in and again we messaged to see if we could check in slightly earlier, they let us check in early and made sure we was happy with the accommodation which we was! It was modern and spacious, a home away from home! Also we was assured if we needed anything to message. We stayed in apartment number 3 on the top floor! Amazing space with a downstairs bedroom and an upstairs bedroom. All rooms had a tele and was acceptable cleanliness. The bathroom was lovely and we was given 3 toilet rolls for 2 nights which is more than many other places Iv stayed! They also supplied hand soup! Bonus as Iv forgotten ours! In the kitchen was a dish washer, fridge frezzer, microwave and an oven with hobs. They had put kitchen roll in the kitchen along with washing up liquid, clingflim, kitchen foil, washing up sponge, and dish washer detergent. They also had plenty of dishes and cups in the kitchen ! During our stay we asked if there was a vacuum we could use as we have two messy children - instantly got back to us saying no but she would pop in and give the apartment a vacuum for us if we like - great customer service. The water was very hot which was great! The boiler was a bit noisy but nothing too extreme. In the apartment cupboard there was high chair, fold up chairs and extra bedding. Amazing! There was a few scruffs on paintwork due to what looked like people cellotaping banners up on walls, but again didn’t effect our stay! The only things that would have made this the most amazing place to stay is —- some more cooking trays- one big one was supplied. - a pizza cutter - a vacuum - the apartment door had dropped and was stiff to open and close - some seating in the rear garden area. - the toilet seat could do with some attention as it was wobbling. All in all Iv definitely stay here again!

I would not rate this place at all It was really not as described There is nothing luxury about it It was dirty and completely worn like squatters living there They state each apartment has 2 bedrooms but they don’t our second room was locked and the kids had an awful sofa bed which was not comfortable There was only 1 chair at the table The bedroom for apartment 6 was in the attic under the eave which is awful and small Plus no tv as the last person broke it apparently They didn’t care or offer any money back just told us to leave You don’t want to be moving when you have children especially when one suffers anxiety which I told them and again they didn’t care at all Really disappointed with this place and the care given by the staff Stay away The only good thing I can say is it’s very close to pleasure beach

Arrived to log in and no key In the box. Contacted the number we was given and after 10-15 minutes Michelle turned up. Went in the the property we should be staying in to find items around the room. She then accused us of losing the key to the room even thought we advised we had not been in the property. She carried on was rude, accused us of losing the key again, told us we were lying and the property had cameras and said we were drunk. I will add we was there for my daughters 7th birthday with both mothers who have health issues. This ruined my daughters birthday. After time she drove off leaving us with the option to stay in the room and remove the items or contact *********** for a refund. The maintenance man then turned up who spoke with the property manager to find out our key code had also been sent to another couple staying in the property and this is why the key was missing. The owner dean called and apologised and advised he would give us compensation. 1 month later we are still waiting and very very disappointed with the customer service I would stay clear because if you have any problems you won’t get it resolved you just get abused
