Probably the worst check in experience I’ve ever encountered. No communication, no pick up of the phone number provided or return of texts. The only text I received was a make sure I have enough money to cover the $150 bond. Check in was not smooth at all, my phone only had 5% charge left and at 2.15… over an hour after my first query , three text messages and two phone calls that weren’t answered of how to check in I was finally contacted and told there was a problem with the blinds and that’s why I wasn’t given a code to check in. I couldn’t have been told this earlier??? The elevator, the parking, it was all soooo confusing. No microwave. A shelf right on top of a bin so can’t use the bin. Would not recommend.

On arrival finding the correct lift was a little confusing and not very clear. However after self checkin the room was large and lighter and bright. Good comfy bed. If I had to say a negative it would be that the bathroom light was auto connected to the extractor fan and in the middle of the night getting up to use the facilities is so loud. But overall a great stay is return to stay again. Thanks

Hotel still had some food crumbs on floor and towels had stains on them.
But worse this is a "remote hotel" not mentioned anywhere on booking very confusing to check in and find the place. Call a number get a txt find a key box. My suggestion reach out to the pub downstairs and try to be friendly with them to help guests because when you ask all they say is good luck.

New, clean, fresh, simple, easy access. Only downside was iron kept cutting in and out but that wasn’t too bad an issue.

No reception, No instructions how to get keys use elevator, air con. Builders dust all over balconey and in sliders to patio doors. Side tables very dusty.

Be warned! The parking is very confined, very difficult to park in the allocated spaces. Impossible to sleep as there was an ongoing noisy hum throughout the night. This was as loud as if it was a heavy vehicle idling just outside an open window. Added to this were thumps and bangs at around 2 am which we assume were deliveries to the shopping complex or bottle. These sounded like fireworks.
Other than that - the apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. Instructions for self check-in are sent by text to your mobile so if by any chance your phone isn’t working, or the network is down there is no human reception back-up.
