Far from city, secluded. Service quite good. Old & torn towel, thankfully I brought my own. Old property.

Super great hotel. Really clean, nice staff and amazing, I mean amazing, breakfast. The breakfast had so many western and Indonesian options. Even some Chinese options that I was happy to see. They can even make fresh noodles or cook eggs for you. The staff was so accommodating. We went on a three day trip and they let us keep our luggage there for those days. They also helped up to order taxis and figure out how to get train tickets. Next to the hotel is a nice bakery, I enjoyed eating their sweets while drinking some tea provided by the hotel and looking out the window 😊

Comfort bedroom, but the bathroom is too tight. Everytime you take shower, all the waters spill everywhere. The toilet bowl was placed too close to the wall, you cannot spread your leg comfortly Worst valet parking system. I was waiting 30 minutes to get my car back while others that came after me got their cars already.

Pros: - new hotel - room and bathroom are very clean - wide breakfast selection Cons: - spa is new but service is average - wall is quite thin — noise from other room can be heard

Ibis have shown that they deserve credit for their efforts to maintain their standard of cleanliness. The room is clean and the location is strategic enough to be in the centre of Malang City with a nearby mart and coffee shop. I love to come and stay in Ibis again. Thank you Ibis!

Good hotel in malang city, quite crowded who stay at this hotel, can refill drinking water to your heart's content

I stayed for one night before the Bromo mountain tour. The hot tub is working. Tv is functioning with a variety of channels. Bed is ok for a short rest before Bromo tour. We checked out late for two and half hours and were charged an extra Rp 100k. That's quite expensive. A bit old hotel but cheap for sure. Need much improvement to be done.
