There was load music from outside somewhere untill the early hours . Wine bar or somewhere. Toilet took about 30 mins to refill.  Shower was too hot and took an age to cool down £7.50 for parking  When I mentioned the above I was told we only booked a standard room and they were at the back.  That’s fair enough but don’t want to feel like you are park of a rave. And future guest should be told.  A real shame because this hotel could be a real great hotel with a bit of management training

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

The hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn

This hotel is amazing! It's directly connected to the North Terminal via a 20-meter walkway. You can literally walk indoors right into the terminal, head up to the second floor for baggage drop, then back down to the first floor for security – super easy for shopping and boarding. I'd absolutely recommend it if you have an early morning flight or one before noon. The room was spacious enough, and the air conditioning was really cold – I couldn't adjust the temperature well, so I ended up just turning on the heat! Breakfast was standard British hotel fare, good enough to fill you up. If your flight is delayed, the lobby or restaurant are comfortable places to wait. While they don't offer luggage storage, there's not much around to explore anyway if you were to store your bags. Recommended.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

I was really delighted to be staying at this hotel as I was able to take my little doggies with me. There was a fan in the room and we were on the ground floor which was great. The grounds round the hotel are good for taking the dogs out first thing and last thing at night. I took them out with me in the daytime, as I have air conditioning in the car. We could then have car picnics. I was happy that I could have had breakfast if I had chosen to. I had my own snacks with me though, so I could stay with my dogs. The hotel staff were really nice as I ran out of tea at once stage. I was staying for a number of days and extended my stay by one day so I could do some coursework. It allowed me to explore the local area and look for a flat, as I am moving to Surrey in a month. Thank you.

What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river. The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh. We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us. We will definitely come back again.

I had a great stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were well-maintained and everything I needed was easily available. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
