Just stayed for 4 days at this incredible hotel. This is our first time in Ibiza and the experience of this hotel will ensure we return . The hotel is less than a year old and is technically very advanced. You are encouraged to use your phone to manage most things through the hotel app. From closing the curtains, turning the lights on and off , ordering room service etc. the room was fabulous with breathtaking views of the infinity pool and the sea. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Breakfast was both buffet and table service. Every type of requirement was catered for and very delicious. There are a variety of restaurants which cater for most tastes. The swimming pool and surrounding area are beautifully appointed and a wonderful bar and restaurant. The hotel rooms and restaurants are expensive but you get wonderful service and I would say it’s good value. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Service was exemplary from Oliver the director of rooms to everyone we encountered. One felt that they really wanted to make ones stay memorable. The hotel is on a very large plot and requires a fair bit of walking and therefore you need comfortable shoes. I can’t wait to return
El Somni Ibiza Dream Hotel by Grupotel

Just returned from this hotel and already talking about returning next year. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has been refurbished to the highest standard. We went bed and breakfast and found the food to be excellent, we also had a few snacks around the pool and thoroughly enjoyed them as well. One point to note the location itself may not be for everyone, the bay is very small with a couple of hotels and five or six eating places. This is not a location to go for those who want to be out late, I would also advise families with kids to think twice as there is very little to keep kids entertained. On the day we departed I managed to leave my phone in the hotel room (412) and did not realise this until we were halfway to the airport. I called reception who immediately sent someone to the room to recover it and within 10 minutes it was in a taxi on its way to meet me at the airport. Thanks to Tony the taxi driver in car 16 for finding me outside departures and thanks to the staff on reception who made this happen.

Ca Na Xica - Hotel & Spa

This truly is an exceptional stay. The rooms are spacious, beds are incredibly comfortable and the pool area is awesome. A truly relaxing slice of paradise and the location means you can get pretty much anywhere on the island in 20-30 mins with the northern beaches only 10 mins away. The staff are always on hand with a smile and looked after us so well for the 6 days and nights we were there. Food at the restaurant was top quality - even better than any top restaurant on the Island - and you get that every day for breakfast! Just stunning - we will be going back in a heartbeat. Thank you Ca Na Xica!

Positives: Nice hotel, great decor and le labo products in the room. Great breakfast. The porter team was very helpful and we appreciated the bodyism classes included with the stay. Also loved the food by the pool - was delicious! Negatives: Hotel a lot bigger than expected and loud music played all the time, also really annoyed me that they just played covers of songs - please just pay for a Spotify business account, you would expect this from a 5 star hotel. Only other big issue we faced was that my husband is a coeliac and was given a Poke bowl that had gluten in it, despite us asking X3 times was it gluten free before ordering. Once my husband ate the bowl I rang back to reception to ask are they sure it was gluten free soy sauce and they said no it was not - so my husband was therefore sick for a whole night and day of our stay… really unfortunate and would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. On check out, they removed the €22 Poke bowl from the bill, but I would have expected more of an apology / compensation for this serious issue. Food allergies should be taken seriously in any establishment, but especially in a 5 star hotel. We payed a lot €750+ per night we stayed and the only compensation we got was €22 removed from the bill, which is nothing given what my husband had to endure despite us asking 3 times was the good gluten free. Very unfortunate.

Where do I begin. Let’s start with the positives…the location is central and the staff was very nice. The hotel however was awful. Run down, dirty, and way past its renovation date. We paid $2400/night for the “penthouse” which was borderline criminal. Filthy grout lines, burn marks on rug, weird bathroom setup with no counter space. There were countless items in the room such as lights and buttons that were broken. The view was nice but the patio was run down and parts of the deck falling apart. Beware this is not a 5 star hotel nor is the service. Our stay started with missing a connecting flight and missing the first night. We gave the hotel plenty of notice but they charged us full price and offered no concessions whatsoever despite me asking the manager if she would work with us if we extended our stay. Despite paying for the first night the room was 100 degrees when we arrived and took over an hour to cool down. It was infested with at least 5 flies. Lastly the pool setup is tiny and the restaurant very mediocre. We canceled as much of our stay as possible and moved down the street to a suite at the Gran Hotel for half the price.
