Hotel berhampiran Celebi Adasi, Bodrum

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

Gittiğimiz oteller hakkında olumlu olumsuz yorumlar yazmaya oldukça değerli buluyorum bu sebeple bu otel hakkında da olumlu olumsuz yanları sıralayacağım Ancak ana konu şu: Otel fiyatına göre iyi bir performans veriyor ancak kendinize şu soruyu sormalısınız; “Ben sakin ve sessiz bir otel mi istiyorum yoksa hareketli ve müzik dolu bir tatil mi istiyorum.” Olumlu yanlar: - Personel bayram haftası olmasına rağmen canla başla çalışıyordu ve hijyene çok dikkat ettiğim için rahatça söyleyebilirim ki dıcağın altında onca koşturmaya ve işe rağmen hepsi temiz giyimliydi, sürekli ama sürekli parfüm kokuyordu. Oteli bu sebeple tebrik ederim. - Odası temizdi. (Duş giderinde tıkanıklık vardı ancak kısmen giderildi) - A’la carte otel için yemek çeşidi iyiydi (lezzete henüz girmiyorum) - Spa hizmeti çok iyiydi. Eşimle masaj paketi satın aldık ve güler yüzlü, işinin ehli olan Fatma Hanım ve Bahar Hanım’dan çok memnun kaldık. Boynumu çevirebildiğimi hatırlattılar :) - Bayram yoğunluğuna rağmen tesiste şezlıng, masa vb sıkıntısı olmadı. Her zaman bir yer bulabildik. - Oteldeki havuzda gündüz ve akşam sürekli olarak animasyon ekibi çalışıyor, rutin etkinlikler yapıyor. Akşam yemeklerinde her gün bir ekip getiriliyor; dansçılar vb yemek için güzel bir görsel şölen sunuluyor. Olumsuz yanlar - Çok ama çok ama çok gürültülü. Otel zaten Gümbet’te olduğu için gündüz ve gece etrafta inanılmaz gürültülü müzik oluyor. Ancak maalesef Very Chic Hotel de adeta kendileriyle yarışa girmiş durumda. Öğlen 14.00 gibi havuz tarafındaki ses kökleniyor. Plaj tarafında ise Hotel tarafından kiralandığını öğrendiğimiz “Millioner’s Beach Club” 14.30 gibi müziği son ama son ses açıyor ve huzur burada sona eriyor. Zaten sahil boyu sağında solunda bangır bangır müzik çalan yerler varken bir de dibinizde bu gürültüyü duyuyorsunuz ve müzikler bile birbirine karışıyor. Üstelik kalitesiz yeni nesil rap şarkılar yarım saatte bir tekrar eden bir playlist düşünün… Biz dinlenme namıma bir şey bulamadık, gürültüden kafamız şişti. Elbette bunu tercih edecek müşteri de vardır ancak bize göre değilmiş, onu anladıl. Havu tarafında hafta sonlaro köpük partisi falan oluyor, o da yine bir gürültü. Eğlence iyi hoş da maalesef eksik yanı “dinlenmeye” gelen müşteri maalesef düşünülmemiş, relax pool vs yok mesela. - Yemeklerin tadı oldukça vasat. Elbette fine dining kalitesi beklemiyorduk ancak çoğu ürün gerçekten kalitesizdi. Sabah kahvaltıları ise fiyasko. Peynirler, şarküteri ürünleri falan çok ama çok kötüydü. - Garsonlar arı gibi ancak sipariş vermek ve siparişi masaya alabilmek oldukça zorlayıcı. Tatlı, çay, kahve vb istediyseniz yüksel ihtimalle gelmeyecektir. Yemek dışındaki istekleri garip bir şekilde epey arka plana artıyorlar. - Gürültülü misafirleri maalesef uyarmıyorlar. Almanya’dan geldiğini öğrendiğimiz Türklere ve İngiltere’den olduğunu anladığımız taşkın gruba maalesef iki söz söylemediler. Üstelik maalesef bazı garsonların yabancılar için

I just love this hotel. It’s in a very quiet spot which is essential if you’re a light sleeper in Gümbet. It’s also ‘adult only.’ The staff are great and exceptionally friendly. Rooms are cleaned and linen replaced frequently. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection and you can eat all you want. On a practical note, the Bodrum shuttle bus passes right in front of the hotel, and there is a variety of excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. On the downside, this is a budget hotel but when I recently went to place a reservation the price had increased from £20 per night last October to £27 pn in May and £35 pn in June.

Can't recommend this little hotel enough. We were welcomed by the owner, rooms comfortable with lots of nice extra attention to detail. It's a budget hotel but goes above and beyond for what we paid. Hairdryer shampoo, conditioner etc, clean towels, fab shower, breakfast is Turkish, lots to choose from, more than adequate. So close to beach if you're coming for a beach hol. We came for a change, we are expats living in Altinkum. I will come back in a heartbeat. Basic but brilliant value. Five stars from us. Thank you for a lovely stay despite the weather 😍

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owners. The hotel is owned and run by the most wonder couple, an Australian woman and her Turkish husband. They’re a big part of why our Bodrum trip was so special. We booked their place for 3 nights and ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. 1. Room. clean, quiet, reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed. 2. Staff. Friendly, nice, helpful. Always smiling and happy. 3. Breakfast. It was served at their beautiful cozy garden. Fresh and delicious. Consistently good everyday. 4. Location. Can’t beat it. Right next to water and all the shops and restaurants. You’re just the best. We already miss you. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

A very decent budget friendly boutique hotel. First of all, this place was one of the cheapest decent options in Bodrum when I was searching. The hotel was beautiful, with bougainvillea climbing on the white buildings and flowers in pots around the hotel (although some pots were empty, as if the rejuvenation before the holiday season was only half done). The room was good sized, looking like newly painted, but not spotlessly clean. The aircon worked well. The bathroom was almost bad with an ill fitted toilet seat and dirty floor. I had to ask them to send the cleaner to clean my room, otherwise it’s not done. The pool was of a decent size considering the relatively small size of the hotel. The hotel was located on a quiet one-way backstreet. Walking to the marina took only around 15 mins. There were 5 parking spots in front of the hotel. Breakfast was bare minimum - a piece of cold meat, a boiled egg, two pieces of fried cheese sprig rolls, jams, bread, Turkish tea and instant coffee. But considering the price, it was acceptable. The staff were mostly nice and accommodating. There was just one person who stood out as a little unfriendly (bald guy, probably the manager or big brother of all the rest). The cleaning ladies could be a bit less aggressively noisy. The towels smelled of oil and that was understandable as the kitchen and laundry were opposite each other with their door’s always ajar. Despite these few minus points, I would still stay here again because of the affordability, relative convenient location, photogenic environment and (mostly) nice staff.

Отличное расположение отеля. Буквально минута и вы на пляже. Сам отель очень уютный, чистый. Ночью было тихо. Матрас жёсткий, но для меня это то, что нужно. Если выбирать на будущее, то однозначно это идеальный вариант. Единственное, вода в душе для меня была холодновата. Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

It is amazing to feel and see how much the employees like their job. The hotel is an oasis. The hotel cats in the garden are so relaxed. The Tuti restaurant offers a beautiful view over Bodrum and the food is tasty and of good quality. The pool looks good (never used, was all the time at the beaches). The hotel beach where the hotel offers complimentary transfer to, is nice but with 30min too far away. As for the room. It is a historic building but all is kept up to date. Unfortunately I don’t like ground floor rooms. It has this „cellar feeling“.

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).
