Hotel berhampiran Kadıkalesi Halk Plajı, Bodrum

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Gittiğimiz oteller hakkında olumlu olumsuz yorumlar yazmaya oldukça değerli buluyorum bu sebeple bu otel hakkında da olumlu olumsuz yanları sıralayacağım Ancak ana konu şu: Otel fiyatına göre iyi bir performans veriyor ancak kendinize şu soruyu sormalısınız; “Ben sakin ve sessiz bir otel mi istiyorum yoksa hareketli ve müzik dolu bir tatil mi istiyorum.” Olumlu yanlar: - Personel bayram haftası olmasına rağmen canla başla çalışıyordu ve hijyene çok dikkat ettiğim için rahatça söyleyebilirim ki dıcağın altında onca koşturmaya ve işe rağmen hepsi temiz giyimliydi, sürekli ama sürekli parfüm kokuyordu. Oteli bu sebeple tebrik ederim. - Odası temizdi. (Duş giderinde tıkanıklık vardı ancak kısmen giderildi) - A’la carte otel için yemek çeşidi iyiydi (lezzete henüz girmiyorum) - Spa hizmeti çok iyiydi. Eşimle masaj paketi satın aldık ve güler yüzlü, işinin ehli olan Fatma Hanım ve Bahar Hanım’dan çok memnun kaldık. Boynumu çevirebildiğimi hatırlattılar :) - Bayram yoğunluğuna rağmen tesiste şezlıng, masa vb sıkıntısı olmadı. Her zaman bir yer bulabildik. - Oteldeki havuzda gündüz ve akşam sürekli olarak animasyon ekibi çalışıyor, rutin etkinlikler yapıyor. Akşam yemeklerinde her gün bir ekip getiriliyor; dansçılar vb yemek için güzel bir görsel şölen sunuluyor. Olumsuz yanlar - Çok ama çok ama çok gürültülü. Otel zaten Gümbet’te olduğu için gündüz ve gece etrafta inanılmaz gürültülü müzik oluyor. Ancak maalesef Very Chic Hotel de adeta kendileriyle yarışa girmiş durumda. Öğlen 14.00 gibi havuz tarafındaki ses kökleniyor. Plaj tarafında ise Hotel tarafından kiralandığını öğrendiğimiz “Millioner’s Beach Club” 14.30 gibi müziği son ama son ses açıyor ve huzur burada sona eriyor. Zaten sahil boyu sağında solunda bangır bangır müzik çalan yerler varken bir de dibinizde bu gürültüyü duyuyorsunuz ve müzikler bile birbirine karışıyor. Üstelik kalitesiz yeni nesil rap şarkılar yarım saatte bir tekrar eden bir playlist düşünün… Biz dinlenme namıma bir şey bulamadık, gürültüden kafamız şişti. Elbette bunu tercih edecek müşteri de vardır ancak bize göre değilmiş, onu anladıl. Havu tarafında hafta sonlaro köpük partisi falan oluyor, o da yine bir gürültü. Eğlence iyi hoş da maalesef eksik yanı “dinlenmeye” gelen müşteri maalesef düşünülmemiş, relax pool vs yok mesela. - Yemeklerin tadı oldukça vasat. Elbette fine dining kalitesi beklemiyorduk ancak çoğu ürün gerçekten kalitesizdi. Sabah kahvaltıları ise fiyasko. Peynirler, şarküteri ürünleri falan çok ama çok kötüydü. - Garsonlar arı gibi ancak sipariş vermek ve siparişi masaya alabilmek oldukça zorlayıcı. Tatlı, çay, kahve vb istediyseniz yüksel ihtimalle gelmeyecektir. Yemek dışındaki istekleri garip bir şekilde epey arka plana artıyorlar. - Gürültülü misafirleri maalesef uyarmıyorlar. Almanya’dan geldiğini öğrendiğimiz Türklere ve İngiltere’den olduğunu anladığımız taşkın gruba maalesef iki söz söylemediler. Üstelik maalesef bazı garsonların yabancılar için

Pada malam pertama kami tiba sangat lewat dan kami lapar dan mereka memberi kami makanan percuma walaupun dapur mereka ditutup. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini sangat baik memandangkan jumlah wang yang anda bayar tetapi ia boleh diperbaiki dalam membersihkan bilik mandi dan lantai

A very decent budget friendly boutique hotel. First of all, this place was one of the cheapest decent options in Bodrum when I was searching. The hotel was beautiful, with bougainvillea climbing on the white buildings and flowers in pots around the hotel (although some pots were empty, as if the rejuvenation before the holiday season was only half done). The room was good sized, looking like newly painted, but not spotlessly clean. The aircon worked well. The bathroom was almost bad with an ill fitted toilet seat and dirty floor. I had to ask them to send the cleaner to clean my room, otherwise it’s not done. The pool was of a decent size considering the relatively small size of the hotel. The hotel was located on a quiet one-way backstreet. Walking to the marina took only around 15 mins. There were 5 parking spots in front of the hotel. Breakfast was bare minimum - a piece of cold meat, a boiled egg, two pieces of fried cheese sprig rolls, jams, bread, Turkish tea and instant coffee. But considering the price, it was acceptable. The staff were mostly nice and accommodating. There was just one person who stood out as a little unfriendly (bald guy, probably the manager or big brother of all the rest). The cleaning ladies could be a bit less aggressively noisy. The towels smelled of oil and that was understandable as the kitchen and laundry were opposite each other with their door’s always ajar. Despite these few minus points, I would still stay here again because of the affordability, relative convenient location, photogenic environment and (mostly) nice staff.

Отличное расположение отеля. Буквально минута и вы на пляже. Сам отель очень уютный, чистый. Ночью было тихо. Матрас жёсткий, но для меня это то, что нужно. Если выбирать на будущее, то однозначно это идеальный вариант. Единственное, вода в душе для меня была холодновата. Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

The staff so attentive, special mention to Hassan in the beach club and his amazing ability to remember most couples drinks! Even on the bars most ‘club like’ night when it was very busy he recognised every couple in the queue and their orders with the biggest friendliest smile… also Yusef in the Aqua bar is so polite and we didn’t have to move from our sunbeds for drinks… he took so much pride in keeping his bar meticulously clean and keeping his customers happy! Also another mention of our waiter in the main restaurant Seydar. What a professional young man, again so polite and friendly…. There are so many staff I could mention, but these 3 made our visit. The resort is a mixture of young & mature adults and they cater to all ages. Quite clubby in some bars, very picturesque and beautiful restaurants with instrumental accompaniments in other areas. The fitness classes were great, the gym was decent and the sauna was great. We had a Turkish hammam with a really good massage and mud face pack to finish. There are so many positives about this resort, I would definitely go again. Only negative for me was how hard the bed is, but within 10 minutes of telling reception they provided me with a memory foam mattress topper and the following 9 nights I had a marvellous comfy sleep so that’s hardly a negative.

I'll start with the pros The room is lovely. We were upgraded to a swim up room. The have everything except a bottle opener. Food is a good standard. Cons MUSIC! From 10am till 12am. And not songs you know or could sing to just awful elevator music played very loudly. Even the club nights it's the same songs with the same beat. Very repetitive. Got to where it felt like torture. Speakers every 2 rooms outside round the pool. Beach is quieter in the morning. Service.....what service? If you want something you have to ask. After a whole week only got drinks served twice. It's self serve even at dinner. Views ruined by fencing. Breakfast, do not bother if your expecting a fry up. Most days they ran out of milk, bread, food. After 10am you generally get the dregs of what's left. Entertainment there isn't any just music/djs playing same playlist. Beach is too small. No shop near by. Steep hill to get out of resort straight onto busy road. No help from reception over excursions. Asked over boat trip. Yes they could organise one €1000 each for the day! Cabanas on the pier €200 a day. Alot of food/drinks are extra. Overall if you are Russian or a insta star with botox don't bother. We came for a party hotel and got a tik tok convention. Alot of reviews have been from guests paid to stay here. Tips get a taxi and go to torba for a romantic meal or bodrum for a livelier night.
