It seems that the 5-star status of the hotel is questionable due to the following issues:
Check-in took approximately 1 hour, with only 2 customer service representatives working while 2 other desks were empty during check-in time.
The lobby/check-in waiting area was crowded with other guests, luggage scattered around, and children running around, making the lobby feel like a playground.
Welcome drink glasses were left scattered everywhere, with no staff ensuring the area was clean and tidy.
I stayed in room 441, which did not feel like a 5-star hotel room. Despite the old design that should look luxurious, it felt more like a 3-star hotel room.
There were many ants on the table, bed, and in the bathroom.
An unpleasant odor persisted throughout my 2-day stay.
Toiletries were only provided upon request, such as the missing bath mat.
There were visible stains on the sofa in the room.
