Good stay at this hotel. I used to be there 4 years ago and the hotel had a better service and facilities before, but still a good option in Bogota!

It was a beautiful stay. Surroundings are great, safe, clean and near the nicest area with restaurants and fun stuff to do anytime. So happy we booked here.

The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza. The hotel is safe hotel and at a great location.

This is my second night here. At 11:45 PM tonight loud drilling on the other side of the wall our beds are on began. Then hammering nails. This went on for over an hour before we finally had enough and went downstairs to report the issue. The man at the bell desk said whoever it is shouldn’t be working right now. He ‘promised’ he would handle it. We go back upstairs, for another 10 minutes and nothing changed. We go downstairs again to ask for our rooms to be changed. The guy gives us a hard time but finally agrees. We ask to be moved to a room not on that side of the building. So we get to the new room and it’s right on the street and it’s just party and club sounds, pretty much just as bad. We ask to be moved again. He moves us to another room. We downgraded to two singles from a king just to make some progress. We get set up and it’s on the same wall as before. Right now, at this moment, someone is sawing metal piping what sounds like 10 feet away. They’re also nailing and moving what sounds like rebar or something metal and clanking. The drilling continues. Now we have a worse room with the same problem. We call the desk this time. The guy tells me there’s nothing they can do since it’s not their building. He then hangs up on me. We wait 15 minutes, hoping for the best. My wife now calls because there’s clearly several people working now. He basically says the same thing and says to just deal with it. So here we are, awake now for 2 hours in the middle of the night, hanging out with a construction crew on the other side of the wall with no possibility of sleeping tonight. I’m guessing we’ll probably have to cancel our plans tomorrow and try to find another hotel. My first impressions of this hotel were great, but after this experience I would never recommend this place. I travel for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels - this is the worst night in one I’ve ever had.

My stay at Ibis Museo was very enjoyable. First time in Bogota. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking distance to the La Candeleria area and all the museums in that area. Theres a 24 hr La Rebaja Plus that is less than 5 min walk away from the hotel and a mcdonalds less than 5 min walk in the other direction if you need something familiar. The room service came every day with fresh towels and the security was Always outside scoping the area which made me feel pretty safe. Would def recommend and will return 👍

I had four nights at Novotel Bogota recently. It's a great place to stay for a variety of reasons. First of all, it's an Accor property. The management is similar to Ibis with an extra half star across the board. The quality level and rates are about a half star below Pullman and a whole star below Sofitel... and around half the rate of Sofitel yet only 20% higher than a room at Ibis. The staff is excellent. I was especially amazed by Peter, the bellman. My Spanish is poor. His English is great and he helped me in many ways. Highlights: I liked the resteraunt a lot. The breakfast buffet was special to me from the variety of fresh tropical fruits and fresh squeezed tropical fruit juices. Novotel is close to a fantastic gym called Spin Center. If you normally work out with a trainer in your home city, you can book a trainer at the spin center and a few sessions will give you a nice boost. It's also easy to find scenic running trails. This neighborhood has 12-story trees within the meridians of roads in the upscale affluent areas.

Bed is to hard. Pillows ok. Service is excellent. Except the room service that is erratic and slow. The bar was always closed. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner in the Chinese rest was very good. The check in and check out was very goo. Price excellent. The help from the concierge was outstanding. We recommend more accessible snack and water.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight by the airport. It is close to the airport with a free shuttle service to and from the airport which run every 30/40 minutes. The checkin experience was efficient and our room was quite large and well appointed. One thing to note is I am a light sleeper and didn’t hear a thing from either the hallway or outdoors which impressed me. We had a late dinner at the restaurant which was excellent, albeit, I would say the menu was a bit limited. The service was efficient and friendly. One word of caution is there isn’t much around the hotel, however, it is beside a transit line. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Great modern hotel in the historical city center of Bogota (La Candelaria). I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better accommodation for my 5 days tourist trip. Location: excellent!! The hotel is 2 blocks from the museo del oro, with other museums and tourist attractions nearby. The hotel is also located near a crossroad which makes Uber pick up and drop off very seamless. Breakfast: very good. Fruit and fruit juices are available, as well as jam and a variety of breads and panitos. Salty options are available too (ham, cheese). There's a chef cooking your choice of eggs on the spot. Coffee and tea is available. Solid buffet breakfast. Rooms: Very large and very clean. Daily clean up including towels change. My window was slightly broken in that it would not fully lock when closing it, but it didn't bother me too much as I would still be able to close it and keep the cold out - just the sound would make it thru the window. Guest services: excellent. I did laundry, which was returned clean and in excellent conditions. The concierge also help me book a taxi for my return trip to the airport. They speak English and Spanish. Security: also pretty good. The street door has a Nest-like doorbell for both coming in and going out. A doorman is (sometimes) present just inside, if not then the hotel front desk will buzz you in. After passing the entrance, you have an elevator that takes you upstairs to the front desk. Elevator access for the floors with hotel rooms needs your room key card.
