Very nice and clean hotel. When we arrived, the pool is closing (only open until 10pm) really hope we made it but well, we need to feed our stomach so we went and get food. Luckily the location pretty strategist so we were able to eat.
They have a welcome drink! Friendly staff.

Smelled like sewage in my room. Pool was broken & partially filled with sewage. One staff member took issue with another staff member trying to accommodate me. I was told nothing was wrong with my room despite a need to go & buy multiple candles just to be able to have a shot at sleeping in that room. 1/2 of the hotel should have been shut down because of how inhabitable those rooms were. I’m fortunate I didn’t get sick & I will not be booking with this hotel again.

There’s not much nice to say about the hotel other than the bartender was friendly and the rooms were relatively quiet. The hotel had a bad smell throughout, the pool was not available, and there was no hot water for a shower on one of the mornings. It was less expensive than other hotels in the area so you get what you pay for.

Went to the nascar race after checking in at noon.
Upon returning at 11 pm, there was one towel and NO soap of any kind in the room. The room smells like dirty socks.

When we pulled up to facility to park there were 4 police cars in the parking lot one of which was carrying an evidence bag to his care. Kind of scarey i asked front desk person about what was going on and she said they had a minor incident. I chose this motel because of the pool and hot tub, when i asked where they were she told me they were out of order. Later that night we met another guest and he was leaving the facility because the pool and hot tub had raw sewage backed up in it and the smell was beginning to over take the facility. I checked out on Sunday and mentioned the issue with sewage smell and they were supposed to take some of my bill for the inconvience and smell. I have yet to see that my bill was adjusted.

We were able to check in early and the front desk lady was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was one of the best places I have stayed at with Best Western!! Very nice and I would stay again and highly recommend it !!!!

From looking at pictures online we were excited to stay at this hotel. Upon arriving the hotel looked nice and welcoming. The front staff was helpful and checked us in promptly. Our room was decent, but not the most updated, although the 2 big tvs were nice for our family of 6. The down sides of the room were the lack of extra blankets and sheets in the room. The pull out couch had nothing it so I had to go ask for some. Usually in the closet at a hotel, ive always found extras for this situation. The pool room was extremely loud and make it hard to enjoy especially with our little ones. The hot tub was cold and the pool was lukewarm which was backward and disappointing. After we got out of the pool there were no towels so we froze walking back to our room on the second floor dripping water everywhere. Also not fun with children. The beds were slightly comfortable but not the best they could have been. Breakfast this morning was disappointing. One fruit option, no milk, no cold water to drink. The staff however was very friendly and tried to please us.
Overall our stay was ok but i would not stay here again.
