Fantastic hotel. The service took it to the next level. Everyone just made me feel happy that I was there and they immediately did whatever I needed. Great place.

We recently stayed at the mandarin beach hotel for a holiday , and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Brand new nice clean Located in a convenient area close to the beach the beach chairs were very less wish they added more The hotel's modern design gave it a welcoming vibe. Check-in was quick and the staff were all professionals. It was one of the nicest and enjoyable stays we've had. Rooms were squeaky clean, elevators fast, staffs were all very approachable and the breakfast buffet was impressive! Breakfast was almost more than any lunch spread 🎈Swimming pool brand new long modern design very well made but the only drawback was that the water was cold too many other guests felt the same way too , rooms were much smaller than other hotels in station 2 but overall I was impressed ! Exceptional Stay at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa. From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Bay Resort and SpaI was truly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Check-in was seamless, and I was immediately made to feel at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made my stay comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom was spotless with high-end toiletries, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking overlooking the pool. The housekeeping team went above and beyond, ensuring everything was pristine every day. They provided us the a “goodbye” treat on our last night. Dining at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa was a highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurants offered an impressive menu of delicious dishes, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was equally outstanding, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The pool was clean and inviting.The concierge team was knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. Mandarin Bay truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and overall outstanding experience. I can’t wait to return! Roshan at the reception is the true gem of this resort. She greeta everyone with a smile and is always there to assist guests whether it’s 6AM in the morning pr 10PM at night. She’s so sincere and genuine , she makes you feel right at home. The hotel is beachfront and the facilities are new, rooms are clean, buffet is worth the price. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately the weather was pretty bad when we traveled but we were lucky to be staying at the Mandarin hotel. All the staff were courteous and attentive. The reception helped us with the check-in, receiving my delayed luggage and asking about its condition since my luggage looked rained on and had sand, confirming our return flight since it was at risk due to the bad weather conditions. The staff at the poolside lounge, La Fiesta and Mama Mia went to the extra mile- giving us complementary ice cream and fruit skewers. keeping our wine/beer glasses full, as well as helping to serve my senior citizen parent some drinks and soup. All the staff are very professional too, in the manner they conduct themselves especially with guests. They also provided complementary nightly turndown service, including snacks. The rooms are top notch, very clean- unlike the other hotel chain in the area. Complete amenities and my parents especially loved the complementary flipflops. It’s also very comfortable to stay around the pool. The lounge tables have games for the guests to use. I also used their small temporary gym which they have plans to upgrade. I look forward to coming back here in summer next year.

Everything is good except the tiles in the shower drainage. Water doesnt drain fast.

I recently stayed at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel offers a nice ambiance with well-maintained facilities, and the staff was generally accommodating. However, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. The breakfast menu was quite average in terms of taste and variety. While there were plenty of options available, the flavors didn’t stand out, and it felt quite ordinary. Additionally, the breakfast area was extremely crowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy the meal in a relaxed setting. One major downside of my stay was the presence of cockroaches inside the room, which was quite disappointing. Cleanliness is a crucial factor in any hotel experience, and this was something that definitely needs attention. Despite these issues, the overall stay was still pleasant, but there is room for improvement, particularly in maintaining hygiene and enhancing the dining experience.

Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms and amenities are clean. Though we encountered problem regarding network connection(wi-fi), you can use data instead. All in all it is recommendable.

Was disappointed with level of service. We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to dine at their Italian Restaurant Mamma Mia but they refused to separate the 3 tables to accommodate 2 adults even though they were vacant along with another table of 6 and 4. This was very disappointing as we were actually guests of the hotel so we ended up having to look for another restaurant outside the hotel. The workers, although amazing at greeting us when we pass by around the hotel facilities did not seem genuinely happy. There was minimal engagement with the guests unlike other hotels like Henann Group Resorts where their team provides and warm welcome and daily engagements to their guest making their holiday experience more memorable. I wouldn’t return to Mandarin again for the money paid versus experience. The pool and pool view room was great though. If selecting Grand Deluxe Pool View Room, make sure you request a room with glass balcony as there are 4-5 rooms that have a high concrete balcony which you for which the pool view is not visible when you are sitting down. We were able to transfer room at the very least so that was nice. They also require you to return your room card so don’t loose it or they will make you pay 750pesos per card at check out, unlike other hotels that does not require you to return them. Overall impressive facilities but service level needs to be more accommodating especially for in house guests.

everything was great. could have been far better if they will serve quality breakfast (wanted a crispy bacon ✌️) more choices should be available just like other 5 star hotels in boracay.

The place is so amazing, the room is so clean and the food is great. Their staff makes the the hotel outstanding. They were all courtoues, well trained and their checkIn and check out process was SuperB!!!!!
