Be aware that there is no air con in the rooms so the building in general is hot all the time. The room is spacious and clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out process. Great location

nothing inside the hotel, u need to walk at least 10-15mins to get a bottle of water after 8pm, i think at least had vending machine

位置很好，臨近紅酒博物館，還有一家超級大的餐飲廣場。出門不遠就有通達市區的軌道電車，靠近加龍河。公寓管理到位，房間舒適。有停車場。

最大的優點是離La cite du vin 非常接近 備有停車場 距離電車站非常接近 但是早上的電車聲音比較大 適合對聲音不敏感的房客

飯店位置很好，後方有停車場，距葡萄酒博物館走路約3分鐘，走路至水鏡廣場約35分鐘，沿途可欣賞加龍河畔美景及餐廳，下次會再如住

Great location, easy access to the city centre by tram. Very friendly staff. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable. Cleaning is only after 1 week, but it was not missed. There is private parking, 10 EUR / day. You can park on the street for free, but only further away and it is very difficult to find a space, so it is worth parking here. Wouldn't be bad with an air conditioner but there was a stationary fan, this partially replaced it. Breakfast is available but we didn't take advantage of it.

The apartement was very hot and not ventilated. Next to the building there is an open event place of krisna. Lots of religious music and prayers from the evening till night. Plus an open disco. We Did not sleep because of the noise, the heat of the room and lack of good ventilation. Because of lack of ventilation and warmed we had to sleep with the window open. But even closed the noise was very present. Worst sleep ever! We think the service knows as they didn’t ask the following day how our stay was. What surprised us is that we booked by *********** but that they cancelled iT. But when we arrived we had our room. Sure iT has to do with the bad quality and the bad reviews they would receive. Like this iT Will not be mentioned on the booking site.

Stayed here for a a couple of days. The location is great -- tram right across the road, while the area itself has nice restaurants and attractions nearby. The room and bet are also fine and the staff friendly. With that said, the room was like a sauna (despite it not being really hot outside, it was 25-30 Celsius). There's no AC and the fan in the room doesn't do much. Opening the window was not an opportunity as it would bring loads of mosquitoes in the room. Due to this we didn't sleep well at all which ruined our experience a bit. Also, there's a music venue pretty much next door playing loud music, so it is a good idea to check if there are events during your stay, as the music continued until 2 in the morning the Thursday during our stay. It would be a great room if there was AC or if the window had a screen protector so it could left open during the night.

We have stayed in the hotel before as we have family nearby. We went out for dinner and came back to our key fob not working and we were unable to get back into our room. We called the emergency number on the door as the reception is closed between 7pm and 7am and there are no hotel employees on the premises during this time. We spoke to a guardian who spoke no English and poor French who told us that he would do a security round around midnight but we would have to stay outside until then - it was 8.30pm! We said that this was impossible and that we needed to get back into the room, to which he told us that it was not his problem. After a 30 minute discussion he got us to open a key safe and take another room card and said we should stay in another room for the night - obviously not a solution as we had medication in the room that needed to be taken, to which he replied it wasn't his problem and we should have taken it with us to dinner. At this point we asked to speak to a supervisor and threatened a formal complaint. He finally accepted to make the 30 minute drive to the hotel from where he was but when he got here had no idea how to open the room. It took another hour to find a solution. Although the reception the next morning agreed that this was unacceptable and the receptionist was understanding, we have decided to go elsewhere and we are yet to see a reimbursement for this terrible customer service.
