Ulasan Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston at Logan Airport

My last stay 3 weeks ago was excellent. But last night the room was freezing cold. 65 F . Out side was 5 F. The man on front desk was not polite. Changed the room from 326 to 832 with same temp. Sent a van driver to check the problem. And said he cannot do anything more. There was no engineering staff. Very unhappy with this uncomfortable night. Travellers, please be careful.

Very good! It is close to the airport and can be accessed by shuttle within 10 minutes. The room is also very big and clean, with a nice view towards the city.

Credits for food variety for the morning bf , complimentary snacks upon check in and free evening reception and free shuttle service to and from airport. Disappointed with reception poor services. Prepaid 3 nites room charges but only activated my room card for a night. Felt bad especially we had a day out coming back exhausted during night unable to enter the room, need to walk down and request for the key update which experienced unfriendly and rude management staff without apologies for the incident happen, in return asking back, what do you want me to do now? shouldn’t

Mixed experiences.  The good part is as expected from Embassy Suits.  However, the hotel appears old and some cosmetic face lift may be needed.  The systems are not running reliably and I had to change room in the middle of night as its heating system failed to heat to room.

Breakfast was great, absolutely worth getting up for. Having the bar and conscience store for food and drinks at night was nice too. Was able to walk to the car rental counter. Didn’t know to call for the hotel shuttle from the airport, but once that was sorted, it was convenient.

My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.

Convenient location to airport and car rental but highly overpriced. The hotel could use an update.  Worst part of this stay was waiting 45 mins for a shuttle at midnight. Called the hotel 5 times and kept getting the same answer, “ I’ll check on the driver” and then hung up on with no answer as to when the shuttle would arrive.  When we finally got to the hotel, being judged by the front desk man about me and my husband sleeping in the same bed and being given a room with 2 queen beds.  VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. We’ll be staying at another hotel next time, even if it’s further from airport & rental car location.

Went to Boston for the first time with a friend from High School to catch 2 baseball games at Fenway Park. Also my first experience ever at the famous Fenway Park. The Hotel location was perfect to walk to the Subway transit system to the game after a connecting subway!

Spacious room. Convenient location with free shuttle to airport. Perfect for our stay. Traffic to downtown will take more time especially in the morning.

The room is smaller than I expected, but overall it’s clean. Just spend one night here as the flight is in early morning and it’s very close to the airport. The receptionist is not very polite. They should know how to treat guests who stay here

Great stay at Hilton Boston Airport! The room was clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing made it quiet despite being near the airport. The shuttle service was convenient, and the staff was very welcoming. Perfect for travelers needing a quick and reliable place to stay!
