Location is perfect especially if you want to hang in Quincy Market and walk around the freedom trail. And near Boston Public Market

I called the reception from my room to request a kettle and to ask about a few other matters. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, I explained my request, and they assured me the kettle would be sent up. However, I waited for two hours and nothing arrived. I kept trying to call again, but the phone either went unanswered or they hung up on me. In the end, I had to go down to the reception in person to collect the kettle and a disposable toothbrush myself. The service at the front desk was extremely poor.

The hotel is conveniently located near North End and Faneuil Hall. It is walking distance to many places in Boston. The hotel has a modern and chic ambiance.

Location near Quincy market. Room clean. Breakfast selection limited.

Next door is Gorden Ramsay's restaurant and Quincy Market, which is very convenient and has a lot of delicious food! The Freedom Trail is not far away and can be reached on foot (20 minutes).

(There is a popular restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The lobster noodles and cuttlefish noodles are especially delicious 😋)

The room is big, convenient, and very quiet. The only drawback is that the water in the shower is a bit small.

The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. It is definitely a hotel above standard in the United States.
