I love the hospitality of this hotel. The reservations come with breakfast and the food taste so good. I also like how clean the rooms are. They give toothpaste, a toothbrush, and water for free. I will stay at this hotel when next I visit Boston. I also like how they have coffee all day for free. A nice indoor pool and an overall great experience.

I chose this hotel for three reasons – modern swanky look, closeness to T line station and moderate price for Boston during the period we stayed in the city i.e., if you could think an average rate of $350 is moderate ☹ The staff were quite pleasant – some more pleasant than others. Although the hotel was very busy, they are kind enough to afford us a couple of hours of late checkout at no cost. The room I stayed in had a simple but cool design cool. I liked everything about the room but not the fact that the rooms had carpets in them. I am sure it saves the hotel a bundle during the winters but its not the best hygienically speaking for clients. However, carpets in the hallway are a very good feature as it makes for a quieter stay ie less noise from the hallways My room was located the 13th floor. I felt lucky for the great city view. Although I did not like my very very small room and wardrobe. My wife and I had to hop over suitcases and around ourselves to get around the room. I liked the room toilet (albeit as small as it was) which was probably the best design feature of the room. The HVAC system is a bit loud when it comes on but I got used to it. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I slept really well. It’s a basic hotel with WIFI in the room but no laundry or room service etc. The hotel doesn’t provide proper breakfast or breakfast spread but has a contracted restaurant on site but its not quite the hotel breakfast you need to start your day. We didn’t get complimentary water in the room although the room has complimentary coffee and tea. What was annoying was that they sold water at an outrageous price of $5 per bottle in the lobby. They also did not replace the coffee that I used on day one. There are some convenience stores on West Broadway close to the hotel that we were able to buy water at a more reasonable price. Lastly, the hotel was busy and we returned in the evening of our last night to find out day unmade but we called and they sent – someone who I think was a handy man – not necessarily a house keeper to make the bed. The key question is – would I stay here again? Yes, especially if the more central Boston hotels have ridiculous prices. Its clean, safe and easy to get to the airport by taxi and other parts of Boston on the T network.

We ate at Lifted on the 5th floor. The food and service were excellent!

Located right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.

Perkhidmatan yang hebat. Mereka melakukan segala-galanya untuk menggembirakan anda dan anak-anak anda. Sangat bersih. Dan kadar letak kereta terbaik di kawasan itu. Tempahan kolam adalah langkah keselamatan yang hebat pada masa ini. Hanya 2 -4 keluarga atau tetamu pada satu masa. Berhampiran dengan aksi pelabuhan laut dan 10-15 minit dari tempat lain.

Great hotel. The location is very convenient if you're doing meetings in the city, not a lot of issues finding the location either. The restaurant downstairs has a somewhat limited menu, but this maybe due to people still keeping some COVID / personnel restrictions in place - but otherwise its pretty good. Quality food, but at a very high price. Boston closes a bit early so you also may do better ordering from a delivery service - especially if you want some variety as there isn't THAT much stuff in the local walking area restaurant wise. Rooms are typical for the rate, and you can expect a nice full size experience with a working area, comfortable bed, etc. Starbucks on property makes for a very agreeable experience - had a chance to sit in the Starbucks and watch the snow and wonder if I'd be trapped in the city for the weekend :) Service was okay - nothing really out of the ordinary.

Hotel was clean. Staff was wonderful all around. No room service but you can order and pick up. Only had appetizers and they were ok. Pricey from Tamo. Breakfast at Alure was excellent. Had coffee and breakfast sandwich at Cafe kiosk. Was surprisingly good. Used Uber/Lyft when needed. Felt safe walking but only did so during daylight. Would book again. Pricey but worth it.

Spacious suites in a historic, beautifully converted warehouse. Very convenient to ICA, Childrens Museum, lots of buzzy restaurants and the gorgeous waterfront. Not too far by foot to aquarium, Boston Common etc. Lots of families, which was great for us. The breakfast was a notch above continental, with hot eggs and sausage biscuits, but I was sick of it my day 3. Attached to the hotel lobby is a Cafe Nero, as another convenient option. It also had a full bar in the evening, largely unused. Gym was adequate, 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a recombinant bike + full set of free weights. Appreciated the kitchenette (2 burner stove, no oven). Layout was good to accommodate our family of 4, with one kid on the sofa, another on an air mattress. Note - no rollaways permitted. Service was great start to finish. Housekeeping was on an every other day schedule. Parking was in the garage next door with in / out privileges for guests. $39 / daily. If you left a grocery list - they would go to Trader Joe’s for you!
