Great location and staff very welcoming and helpful. Whilst the rooms are a bit dated , they are clean and cannot fault the value for money . Bar and restaurant area lovely and would definitely stay here again !

Overall a brilliant stay couldn’t be any closer to the BIC where we were seeing a show. Cocktails were some of the best ever tried especially the French martini’s loved the evening entertainment the hotels staff were amazing but always had a smile! The bar staff were class the speed of service and their cocktail skills were amazing. Thank you so much roy Exeter hotel we will be back

We like this hotel especially if the room isn’t near the disco next door. The staff are brilliant and you get a good breakfast. Our room was really comfy, clean and peaceful except when the wind got up and the window rattled! The location is very convenient and it has its own secure car parking. Will stay again.

This hotel was bang on for location. I had a single room which was large, the only issue is that the bed was the smallest single I have ever slept in and I kept thinking I was gonna fall out of it.

Very dated, very cold no room thermostat, very loose fitting windows, put in the room directly above the late night bar so very noise till late, staff great, breakfast great

We had a great room with a 4 poster bed The issue was the noise of the nightclub which went on to 4am. Dont stay on a Friday or Saturday.

Ideal for going to gigs at the BIC. Great cooked to order breakfast .

the hotel is in amazing location, brilliant for the BIC. It is an older place and things like carpets and bannisters need a little TLC. The hotel are up front about the night club and bar onsite, but to be fair, it didn't disturb us at all. rook was comfortable. Not our first visit, and wont be our last

Stayed here before, so booked again to visit the Xmas lights. We didn't have to pay for parking and the reception gentleman was very friendly. The room was clean, and very warm and there were toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. The only downside is that when we returned in the evening we were hoping to get some food, however it was a very limited menu which was kind of sushi and oriental. It would have been nice if they could have offered a bar snack menu, even if it was only a burger. Other than this we could not fault the hotel

It was good, my first time in Bournemouth, a bit cold in the hotel, the heating was on timing only on in the morning, the price was a bit higher, could do better. I prefer Devon than Dorset

Lumpy bed, but otherwise a great room on the top floor with brilliant views over the pier.

We got a message after the reservation was done about the bar/club. The noise was louder than we thought. The window in the room can use some new paint, and the ceiling in the bedroom could use some new plaster. The window was a but drafty
