We have a brand new 8ft fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available. We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom. Black out curtains ensure complete darkness for uninterrupted sleep and added privacy. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity with ample counter space, and a shower-tub combo. The guest bedroom has blackout curtains, matching Twin beds, and a 32" television. The second full bathroom is just a few shorts steps away from the guest room. Lost/damage/unreturned items are subject to replacement fees.Most restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles or less. Guests are provided the basic essentials to begin their stay. This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, and laundry detergent, just to name a few.There is a community pool available for guests SEASONALLY. Pool towels are provided. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Access to the pool requires a key FOB. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. There is an $80 replacement fee for lost/unreturned key FOB. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost/unreturned pool towels. The pool area is monitored by an HOA installed camera for security purposes. The HOST is not responsible for cameras or pool/pool house upkeep and maintenance.There is an HOA installed camera with license plate recognition located at the trash disposal area. Household trash only.**There is a $135 cleaning fee per stay that is applied upon booking. An additional $5 per night, per guest applies for reservations with more than two guests.
