Hotel terbaik di Bukit Fraser

Fast check in and out. The location is the best, stayed in deluxe room with a golf view, but the room need some upgrades, especially the carpet and the furniture. Cleanliness of the room is average, because there's few dried orange seeds on the carpet floor, I guess the cleaner must have been blind spotted (as the color of the seeds and carpet are almost the same). There's no telephone in the room but the tv is updated. Side lamp does not work (need to change the bulb) but it did not bother me that much. It is just an average hotel but comfy room to stay. Its not a bad hotel, but upgrade your room please. Give some vibrant color.

Ia adalah tempahan saat akhir. Jadi tidak meletakkan harapan yang tinggi. Tetapi saya cukup berpuas hati. Tempah bilik sederhana. Bagus untuk kami berlima. 3k 2A, dapat queen&daybed. Linen & tuala bersih. Peralatan mandian pun lengkap. Terdapat pantri dengan konsep layan diri - pembersihan selepas digunakan. Minuman & roti free flow, boleh masak. Tetapi kami memesan makanan panda. Mereka juga menyediakan nasi lemak untuk sarapan pagi. Kanak-kanak gembira dengan kolam 24 jam. Disyorkan untuk mereka yang mencari gerbang pendek dengan jangkaan yang minimum, atau mereka yang akan menghadapi peperiksaan mrsm 😄

Bilik yang sangat selesa, terdapat air pancut minuman disediakan di setiap tingkat, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan di kaunter adalah sopan

Hotel ini terletak di bandar Raub. Ia sangat berpatutan dan itulah yang mungkin dianggap oleh sesetengah orang sebagai hotel bajet. Walau bagaimanapun, ia tidak kelihatan seperti hotel bajet sama sekali. Ia sangat bersih, bilik luas dan kakitangan sangat mesra. Sesuai untuk penginapan singkat. Pasti akan datang lagi.

I have stayed at this place twice within the past several months. Let's start with what they do well at this place: 1) room size - the room is a good size, depending on what you have booked. 2) location - convenient, easy to locate, and ample parking. Easy access to shops as it is at the edge of the town 3) parking - ample parking 4) hospitality and service - great service at the counter. Friendly and hospitable 5) good mattress Not so good review: 1) housekeeping - I will give this a 1 out of 5 for both stays. The floor does not seem to be vacuumed well, with hair (of all kinds of length) in the sink, bathroom, and entrance. 2) edges of the toilet and sink are not cleaned well. You can see dirt formation behind the toilet as well as the water outlet in the sink. A good spray of bleach and a good scrub may do the job. I have seen several times where the housekeepers just sweep the floor without mopping or even vacuuming. The first time I stayed there, I did ask for a change of room thinking they lack the staff to clean. It was after all right after the lockdown. But to experience it for the second time was not acceptable.
