We stayed in the love nest cabin, the room was lovely, smaller than the photos but still nice nether the less. Love the additions of the hot tub, steam room and spa bath. Room was lovely and clean too. However after a while the main lights kept on tripping. We revs phone call from reception to check if everything was okay and I told them about the issue she instructed me to the fuse box and what to do. After turning the switch back on it was fine until 20 minutes later and it did it again. We went out at this point so it didn’t matter to us. We came back and it seemed fine. It then tripped twice whilst in the bath, not really ideal. At this point reception was closed so no one could come out to us. Had a lovely night sleep with a big tv and comfy pillows. We had breakfast booked for 9.20-9.30 which gets delivered to your room, we selected pancakes and eggs Benedict with an orange juice and apple juice. When breakfast arrive there was only the pancakes but with 2 sets of cutlery and both drinks. I rang reception 20 minutes later fie them to tell us there sorry and another would be sent to us. After waiting 45 minutes (check out was 10.30) we decided to check out. There was 2 men at reception. I told the man our issues and he wrote them down and sincerely apologised and said we won’t be charged for either breakfasts. The man stood next to him then proceeded to say that we didn’t order eggs Benedict which sounded strange because there was a orange juice and another set of cutlery so This didn’t make any sense to us? After stating this to the other man He then said that this must’ve been an a problem with the app. Which they could’ve rang us up and told us this instead of making us wait thinking we had breakfast coming. Not really what you want when paying £250 a night with a £100 damage deposit. Such a shame because the room was beautiful and the ammenties were a bonus. We would’ve return if we didn’t have these issues.

Booked as a birthday treat, our initial thought were that it was really nice, check in was smooth room was nice. Took a little while for the room to warm up but that was alright, we were in the hot tub around 4-6pm, the room next door were also outside, they had music on but it was still early and not very loud so I didn't mind so much. We ordered some food and got cosy to watch a film, shouting and music could be heard every now and then from the room next door. It was still before 11 so didn't think much of it. The music got louder, shouting more often... this went on till at least 1am (i should of really called security but I hate phone calls) Breakfast arrived on time, we are vegan and selected that option, I think the worst vegan breakfast I've ever had... why bother advertising it 😂 Runny beans, 4 cherry tomatos, mushrooms, 1 hashbrown and 2 slightly spiced way overdone vegetable things. Rock hard toast, no vegan butter alternative. All enjoyed along with next door having an argument and shouting/swearing at each other. During this the electric went off, just before 9am We checked out at 10am, I mentioned to reception the electric was out just incase they didn't know and they just said they new, no apology or anything. What a shambles, I would not stay again

Excellent stay in the kairos room for my wife's birthday. Drainage in shower should be corrected. Garden is great with hot tub, fire pit, sauna (could not get the sauna hot). Wife loved the extra blanket for the firepit outside, nice extra. Awesome coffee machine and a fridge with some beer and wine. Overall I would stay here again in the same suite. Would certainly try another suite in the near future.

The room and the breakfast was amazing . However we did hear the water dripping all night, 10:30 check out is too early and our room wasn’t ready for 3pm even though our check in was 3pm sadly . The breakfast was amixing to have in the room . Plead add canopy to the hot tub . Please allow little later check out and check in on time . Please add bath tub or sauna inside the room for those who don’t want to be out . Everything is amazing .

Fantastic returning visit. Would recommend. Maintenance on room before we arrived so we were given a free upgrade. Very clean and great facilities. Hot tub a great added bonus. Will definitely return and recommend in the further. Wonderful stay

I booked as a suprise for my boyfriend’s birthday and we were both blown away by the room. You could not fault it the amenities in the room were outstanding, staff were lovely and very helpful. And is in the perfect location, so close to lake Windermere
