The Sebel Bowral Heritage Park

Truly impressed with this accommodation. Very modern, clean and a wonderful in room 3 person Jacuzzi. The bed is wonderful. Kitchen appliances are new. Staff i great and present every day. Fireplace is a lighted unit only - does not heat. Dishwasher is half size of a standard dishwasher, so not al dishes fit at one time, but good for a couple. The reason I offer this review is for the cleanliness. I my US home country at resorts , my bare feet walking on the tile and wood floors become black with dirt, so I bring extra socks to keep my feet clean. Here at the Sebel, the tile floors are as clean as those in my home. The apartment is spotless.

A quick overnight stay. I used points so it didn't cost. The location is a bit odd, tucked away amonbst some industrial areas. It was very comfortable for 3 with a roll out bed and had every thing we needed to make breakfast. It does have ridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave toaster etc. We were a latee arivall and keeys were left as per arrangement and access descriptions were perfect

We are Accor Plus members and when we arrived we were very surprised and thrilled to be upgraded from a Studio King to a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was really lovely, cosy and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens and surrounds were beautifully maintained. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others staying in Bowral.

Sebel Heritage Bowral, DONT BOTHER, TERRIBLE !!! Girls weekend booked 3 rooms. Got to our room and realised the rude lady forgot to cut our keys walked back to reception No welcome gift not even bottled waters No air-conditioning in 2 rooms working only a fan heater for mid winter Bowral 6 degrees outside Heated pool broken Electric fireplace, broken Phones in the rooms but not connected so don't work, broken Called the after hours number to get another heater left 2 messages No response. To bad if you needed assistance urgently. Asked for housekeeping to put the 2 single beds together. Told to do it myself?? Electrical appliances not to standard,safety date expired 2 years ago Hole in wall Dust in bedroom Asked housekeeping for extra teabags as we were here for 2 nights and rooms are not serviced each day, the lady was extremely rude.

We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed every part of our stay despite the rainy weather. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for all our needs. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Short drive to nearby toens and great sites. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable

For a start, there is no parking outside of "reception" which is only open between 3-5 for check in, find a park "somewhere", then try and find reception. Then, the apartment block is down at the back of the property- the rest of the villas are privately owned, and they just send you off on your own. Don't expect any help with your bags, despite the hefty price tag for the rooms. When you eventually find the apartment block, there is no lift to the first floor apartments, and there are even steps to the ground floor apartments. No one will offer to relocate you even if you are visibly disabled and have been assigned a first floor apartment. Our spa bath didn't work for the 2 nights we were there (we later found out all that needed to be done was to flick a switch in the fuse box but despite multiple calls to management they couldn't rectify this), the safe was locked shut, and there wasn't even sachets of decaffeinated coffee. The pool is only open from 9-5 only it doesn't open at 9 because the manager doesn't turn up on time to open it at 9 and you have hang around in the cold waiting for her to arrive. I'm surprised there hasn't been an older person fracture a hip here. You can definitely find better value for money somewhere else and better service almost ANYWHERE ELSE.
